The app has been improved beyond recognition. It’s easy to use and the added feature of Apple Pay makes it easy and very quick to use. Well done
Live train times are a mess
The app’s generally good. It’s easy to find and buy tickets and loading them onto the smart card is straightforward.
But! The live times are a shambles. They seem to be filtered by their scheduled time, not by the time they’re actually running. Eg a train running late won’t show on the live departures after its scheduled departure time. So you can be standing on a platform like a muppet waiting for a slow train when a late running fast train can get you there much quicker and you’d never know. Ask me how I found out :(
Stick to the National Rail app for live departures until they sort this nasty bug out.

Easy to use
This app is one of the best ‘transport’ booking app I’ve ever used, straight forward and super quick to book tickets.
Works well
Easy to use app and very clear presentation. Limited use thus far but, having sorted out my times and about to purchase, I was surprised to find I couldn’t edit my requirements, namely two tickets rather than one, plus a travel card discount. This seemingly can only be done at the front end, so one has to back-track and go forward again, which seems unnecessary.

All works well
Super easy to use, especially when it’s linked to Apple Pay. Search for tickets, dates, times and buy. One gripe is that it seems very excessive to charge a £10 administrative fee for changing an advance ticket. I can handle £2 or £3 for this service but £10 seems excessive especially when it’s a very quick process to change the ticket on the app. But, a highly recommended app.

Plain, simple, easy to use!!!
Unlike most transport ticketing apps, this EMR ap is even easier to use than the ticketing stall at the train station! It’s simple yet intuitive, plain yet practical, sparsely adorned, yet pleasing to the eye. Easy to register, not a lot of information needed, tickets are easily assessable, and general display is simple. This app should be an ISO standard for app development!

Great App
I have been using this app for over a year now and it works first time every time, and is really easy to use for an old timer like myself.
Handy App for booking.
Using this app for getting tickets. Handy for journeys wholly with EMR, or for those breaking the journey into single operators to avoid agency fees.
Relatively easy to use, just like most apps read before you press to confirm.

The only con is as following: The cancelled journeys has been refunded and confirmed by email but there is nowhere within the app to use the credits for next booking.
