Good idea but terrible execution. Surprised at a company like Serta letting this go on. Way too complicated. Seems like app was put together by a high school class. Too cumbersome, poorly designed & very sporadic operation (if at all). But based on the dates of the reviews and current functions of the app, no one at Serta is reading them anyway. Works with iPhone my ***
Set it up once and it works great. Exit the program and the next time you want to use it it will not work again. It will always tell you the passcode is incorrect.
Then you must reset each controller and reinstall the program and perform setup again. Each time you exit the program you must do it all over again.

App froze and not connecting
Horrible! This app worked well once when I first bought my blanket. Now the app froze when connecting to my remote.MsIzzy
Fix this App Serta it is garbage
Too many steps for something that should be straight forward and simple. I did discover that my mesh network “Orbie” Backhaul frequency was interfering with the Bluetooth connection to the Serta. Once I changed the Backhaul frequency on the Orbie I was able to control the pad from a distance. If you have a mesh WI-FI network at home try changing the Backhaul frequency if you are having connection issues with you Serta product.Show lessKineticKev

Clearly either or both the developer or Serta pays absolutely ZERO attention to the negative feedback because they’ve done nothing to correct these critical issues. This app is the worst. I’m taking this blanket back but not because the of the blanket, because I was conned into buying it thinking the app was not a piece of crap that it absolutely is.

Horrible product. Was stated you can set while driving home. NOPE
The app for your phone is horrible too. Only got one side to connect (we have a California king). And we have to keep connecting every time we try to use it. Much quicker to just hit the button. Since it is not WiFi but blue tooth, you have to be within feet of it to work. What’s the point. Now that I’m in the bedroom. Two more steps and I can physically hot the button on the wired controllers. What a waste!!!Show lesssertasucks

Crap
I don’t ever write reviews but this is just horrible. I bought this for my wife for Christmas and the app is just a nightmare. Took a number of times to set up and works when it wants.Mtv722
Garbage
Total disappointment. If you try to put this app on two devices which would only make sense for a couple it will lock up and become completely unusable for either device. Closing and restarting the app won’t even fix it. You have to delete and start over. It works “ok” on just one device. It’s close to false advertising in my opinion.Show lessJV-KY
Simplify!!!
Please please simplify this app. The idea is great and it functions fine. But why oh why do we need codes and multiple screens for something as simple as controlling an electric blanket? If you have to have codes for some bizarre reason then give the option to save them. The app should show and automatically connect to available controllers. And then have a single screen to allow turning on and off and setting the temperature. That’s it. Thanks.Show lessemarkiphone
