App Issues
Although I am in love with my heated blanket, I am very disappointed in this app. The app crashes on me all the time. Just when you think your going to be able to turn in your blanket, it shuts down. This app needs a lot of fixing.nmitrakos
Needs some work
Like another reviewer posted quite complicated to just turn the blanket on. Way too many steps and it really should auto connect. I have a twin size thank goodness only one control to deal with. It is nice to be able to turn it on or adjust settings from
my phone even in bed which is easier to me than fumbling with the remote itself in the dark so that’s a plus. Kudos for pioneering the concept so four stars. I’ll update this review if it gets an overhaul on those many steps to connect and control it. What I would like to see is:
1. open the app:
Not sure why you need a password for a blanket??
2. ONE screen with these buttons:
A. Turn on/off blanket
B. Heat control (maybe a slider to save space)
C. Timer

Horrible App!!
If I could give a 0 I would. After much fiddling, I got both controllers set up but app crashes every time I try to connect. It’s garbage! One of the main reasons I bought this blanket was to be able to turn it on remotely. Fix it!Amurra Grace
App could be better

Sorely Disappointing!!
I was beyond excited when I saw blanket in the store. I was just telling my husband how cool it would be to have a WiFi warming blanket...and then I saw Serta blanket and immediately purchased. Well, I guess I’ll still be wondering how cool it would he because this App doesn’t work AT ALL. I get booted out every time I try. Absolutely a complete waste of money. USELESS. Great idea that doesn’t work
I bought this thinking I could turn on the mattress heater from down stairs and the bed would be warm when I went upstairs to bed. The Bluetooth does not work from down stairs. I do have another Bluetooth device setting next to the heater control and that device works fine which tells me I am not out of range downstairs. I understand there is a Bluetooth upgrade coming in Dec. I hope this upgrade fixes my problem else the heater is useless for what I bought it for.

Why even have an app
It worked hone time after a ten minute wait. Now I have some weird error because my passcode has a 0 in it so it won’t take it. Uninstalled app. Changed codes noting can’t connect. I would love to use this app. I even spent extra for the blanket just to have the app. So disappointed!!!32219

I wish I could give the app 0 stars but since that’s impossible, I’ll just go with one star for now. If you NEVER plan on using Bluetooth app feature on your heated blanket then you’ll be happy with the app.Chevygirl19

Could not get it to work even after talking to customer service. All they could say is they are working on the app and the product is too newwilliam4417
