Great blanket, horrible app
I have the king size blanket. Too many steps to turn on each side, way easier to use the wired controller. Update the app to just TWO screens... one to unlock, second to control both sides of the blanket!glo mama
App does not work
The only reason I bought this blanket was for the Bluetooth so I could turn on the blanket remotely. The app continually crashes & if it does work briefly it is very slow & cumbersome. The blanket control does not stay lit when on which is frustrating because you can’t see it in the dark & you can’t tell when it shuts off. Would not recommend this product.Show lessPuderina
Horrible app to use
I have to go through no less then seven windows to turn the mattress pad on and many of the screens look like you should be done but you keep poking buttons and you finally get through it. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY YHIS PRODUCT GOR S SENIOR!!! Until they fix this app. Wish Zi could give negative stars. Unfortunately I have to give it one star to submit the ratingShow lessdsquared1957
App constantly crashes!!
King size dual control Serta blanket. Apple IOS 13.4.1 on 10x Max. App keeps crashing!!! Way too many steps to manage two controls for each side of blanket. Then, after going through steps and passcodes, app keeps crashing and shuts off. Love the concept. Poor app design.appcrashes!!
Very Poor Bluetooth Range
Cannot turn the blanket on from two floors down in our house. So disappointed in this. Being able to turn the blanket on before going up to bed was the reason I purchased this blanketPhil Skul
Rarely works
Why can’t this auto connect? Why are there so many steps? Why does it kick me off repeatedly before it finally works? This app is a waste of time.wes mantoofs
Pretty useless
First time I went to use the app after initially pairing the controllers, neither were found. Kind of pointless if the devices need to be paired every time it's used.Amindnv

Poor app design
This app is poorly designed. Why do you need a PIN to turn on your mattress pad?? Too many steps and sometimes just shuts down in the middle of connecting. Please revamp.TWalk943
Inconsistent
Had this pad about a month, app works sporadically at best. Only been able to use it three times. Otherwise I get “oops” error messages. If I’m home I’d rather just go turn it on.chi-dawg
