Great app get now!!!😁❤️

This is a great app. You should download it now! This helped me lose over 11 pounds. It has great stretches and workouts. I know it has a lot of stretches and workouts but that helps you get stronger. I am almost at the advance level now because I do it every single day at 7:30 AM on the dot it is good for me and everybody else who will futurely do it. Even though I did it five stars there are some ups and downs. When I accidentally the water reminder I decided not to set an alarm and when I tried to make it go away it didn’t let me. So now I hear a water sound every single minute and it is annoying why is I still recommend this app? It is great for people who want to learn how to do different things. I am doing it for stretches in the workouts and also the splits. I am working towards new things that I have never even heard of before can help you with a lot of things please download now!!!😍🤩

It’s alright

It’s good, but I’m confused. “Dynamic splits”? These so called dynamic splits are basically middle splits while stretching. I want to do the splits, but never have before so it’s telling me to do the splits and stretch my arms when I’m trying to learn to do the splits. And once you pick a stretch routine, you can’t change. I’m not advanced, but I can’t change my course because it costs money. I just want to learn the splits before the end of the year, so I’m not an outcast in ballet! I don’t want to have to pay money to be able to do something simple! Don’t recommend going confident and going to your level, because once you start, there’s no changing.

so I was always known as the flexible person right? But that wasn’t always true because I know how to do a like handstand and cartwheel and much more but not the splits. So I also Irish dance and my amazing mother of mine said “You need to know how to do your splits so then you can get your leg up to your head.” Well I already know how to do that but anyways I responded by saying: “ oh ok then I will work on that next.” So then my older sister who also dances with me got this app and she was only using it for a day snd said “Oh I haven’t read any reviews I just got it and it’s amazing so far!” so me being me I got it.

So how it’s like my 9th day and this app is really good for fun, or you wanna know how to do the splits or just flexibility. I love it so far and if you are still waiting, GO GET IT NOWWWW🙎🏼‍♀️🤭🥺🤪🤪🐺🐺 plsss!

Also it isn’t like a app where you loose your streak if you miss one day, it lets it go! anyways get the apppppppp

if you’re wondering stuff about this app, read this

okay, so this app is one of the best things that ever happened to me! This works so well not only for flexibility but for strength workouts too! I started using this app because I needed to become flexible for my dance classes, and an audition I had that was coming up. Not only did it help me be able to do the splits, but it helped me become flexible enough that I got the part at the audition!!! 😁😁😁 this app really works and it’s easy to learn lots of the stretches they teach you because of the little face-less woman on the screen. If you’re in a similar situation as me download the app😊😊🤗
the ONLY and I mean the ONLY bad part about this app is that you have to pay for things… I’m literally between the age 8-12 soooo I’m not going pay for something ill probably forget about😁👍 ANYWAYS this app is still low key awesome so download it 👏

This game is amazing

Im only on day 4 and I’m already lower in the splits

Consistency is Key!!!! Great App!! Great Workout!!!

I’m so happy I came across this app.

Fitness is very important to me. Throughout my fitness journey, I’ve have focused on strength training and endurance training, such as running, hiking, hiit training , and lifting weights.

I thought I was in good shape. Strong!!! But, I didn’t realize how much stronger I could be until I started split training. This is a full body, sculpting (emphasis on the sculpting) exercise that loses your joints and stretches your muscles all over your body. I haven’t experienced back pain like I used to since I started this program. I’m amazed how much control I have over my body and my breathing. Breathing into these positions helps your really connected to your body.

I started this program at beginner/ intermediate and repeated the 30 days program several times before I was able to more onto advanced. I’m 5 times into repeating the advanced training and I’m able almost do a perfect split with my back leg knee and foot directly faces the ground and my groin touching the ground.

It takes time, patience, and perseverance. It’s so worth it , you just gotta commit. I’m at a point that I would love to teach others this program and help them feel empowered and reap the benefits.

Pls read!

Game it’s quite good! I would recommend it but I don’t think I feel I change in my flexiblity. Now I may just be stiff and I have only used this for 4 days but idk. In this game there is a step tracker weight loss and everything! This app also has a person telling you what to do and does the exsercise with you! The have levels based on how are so that helps. If you do something wrong like arch your back the person with say please do not arch your back. It’s kinds creepy but helps. Overall I like this app I just wish it was more hard but not to hard idk but I would recommend this app to everyone trying to get there’s splits and get flexible!

Update: the app was good like I said but I just realized that beginner is fee but intermediate and advanced cost money! I’m tired of these apps costing money! But anyway thanks for reading!

This app is so good for your kids and adults it helps do the splits and work out so go on to the App Store and type splits and you will have such a good app

Ok then next day not also can the app see me or something

I thought this app would be good to for people learning the spilts and on the first lesson and was fine then the next day the second lesson your meant to be able to go your leg all the way to your head which even just getting it three quarters of the there maybe even less I pull something at least I hope I just pulled something and it feels like the app can see you because when your not doing something right it says to do that properly like how did you know I was doing it wrong
