  • Best thing ever

Amazing I got my right splits on day 17 and left splits a little after about day 40 because I made my own stretches and it has made my jumps so much higher i think it’s better if u want front splits instead of middle splits but I love it now because I can show off in dance and drama at school it will be hard and you will have to work hard and don’t give up

  • Meh.. it’s okay. Pay for a better program.

Unrealistic to advertise that you can perform splits within 30 days for average person. Stretches are rather basic and repetitive. Only thing the app is good for is the routine of stretching.. that is if you’re self motivated to keep up with it.
  • 7 day trial only

Can’t test potential during such a small period of trial. Can find free alternatives online
  • Beyond amazing!!!!!!😍

So many good stretches! It teaches you step-by-step! No one has any better than this app! And there's levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced! You should totally get it if you're looking at it! Now I skipped all beginners and intermediate I'm on day seven and I'm already they're in the splits I just need my other leg now and it's so close!!!!😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️

  • Great app for flexibility

I honestly can’t recommend this app enough.
No matter your level this app will help you get there. A friend of mine who was less naturally flexible than I had their full splits in just a few months.
Motivated me to do the same and I’m well on my way.
  • Amazing

This is app absolutely amazing I can do right and middle splits before the app but I’m getting so much closer to left in just one day using this app. The only reason I give it a 4 is because you have to pay but this is only to do extra stuff. Otherwise from that I highly recommend

I've been using your app for a long time now... but honestly I don't see results, they are the same exercises and they don't give oral instructions on how to do them, when I started them I had a very strong pain in my back and I had to go to the chiropractor (first time in my life) the pain is gone. But through progress in the app I feel that the exercises are very weak and repetitive, there is no type of animation for or challenge. I'll finish if I dare to do it up to the advanced level and I'll see if my opinion changes, but at the moment I don't see it as useful (but I already paid for it)

  • Absolutely amazing! definitely recommend for people reading this!

This app is so good. It usually takes 8-9 months to learn the splits but this app trains you to do it in 30 days! It’s incredible. I took a photo before using this app then I took a photo every week, it’s so crazy how much you improve in just a short period of time. I nearly had my full splits in a week. I was so happy with my self. At the end of the 30 days I finally had my full splits In only a month!

  • Good😝

Good app only a few adds it help with flexibility to!🤩
  • Seams fun at first but after a while it’s not great.

As a past ballerina in NYC, I wanted to try and get my splits back for fun. I stretched everyday with this app, and on the 16th day I realized how soar my muscles were. (If you are wondering, I did skip a stretch if it was painful.) The next day I decided to not stretch because my muscles were killing me. (not literally.) That night, I ended up in the hospital. The doctors told me I had a severe muscle tear. If I could rate this no stars I would.

Moral of the story: don’t use the app.
