  • Just the right amount of challenging

    I’ve only been following this plan for 5 days but already seeing improvements in my flexibility and less overall stiffness. Only gripe is that I tried to pay to remove ads but the screen always gets stuck and wouldn’t go through!
  • Everything I wanted

    This app is free, it’s legit, and it’s totally perfect even for beginners. I’ve only been doing it for 3 days and I’ve noticed a huge difference. Not only in flexibility, but in pain! Whew girl you feel like a new woman after taking only 20mins to do small 30-60 sec stretches while the app times everything for you and you follow along with the animations. You get a break between EVERY stretch! Is it still going too fast? No problem- click the “add +20sec” option and rest a little more! Too slow? Select the “skip rest” option! There are built in rest days too so you give your muscles time to breathe. This is the app I never knew I needed and I’m a die hard throw weights around with the boys at the gym girl. I’m a huge fan of both this app and its creator!

  • Great app but need time to recover

    So I only got this app a few days ago and I’m already making progress I can do left spilts but this app has got me closer to the floor with my box and right i love it so much I think it’s amazing and really helps however there was one thing that did upset me that was well my legs are killing me because I went on the app yesterday and the day before but that’s a good sign because that means that I am more fit more muscley and more flexible

  • Amazing 😉!!!

    I would have rated this a 4 but I just can’t this app is just to good. You can create your own work out 🏋️‍♀️ and it really helps you improve not only your splits but it helps your health. I’m 11 -years-old and I really think this app is just great the only reason why I would have rated it a 4 is because sometimes you really don’t have the motivation to get up and do the workouts but overall it’s a really good app

  • This is an amazing app you should definitely get it

    This is an outstanding app it helped me with my splits so much when i started i was like five inches off the ground and now I’m one inch off the ground and wall i was practice for my splits i didn’t just get my splits i also got a lot of strength and that’s why i think you should get this app

    I’m only on my 4th day and I’m already seeing a difference!!! I had strained my hamstring before this because I got pushed down in my split. Once I was all better my split was still lost and I started using this app! Then, I stretched every day and I’m already seeing improvement!! This is an amazing app and I really recommend it!!

  • So happy!!

    This is my first review ever!!! So, it’s been a little over a month and I can do a full side split!! Both sides.. I can legit sit in them. I’ve never been able to do that. And I really didn’t think it would be that fast! I started on advance because I like to over do it. Lol. But I really pushed my stretch each time! It hurt sometimes. Idk if that’s good or not but I did because I wanted results. After the 15th day for some reason it was over for me. I had no more days left??? So I just started over ( I figured that’s what I was suppose to do??) but then out of nowhere maybe 2 weeks later the rest of the month showed up. That was weird. But super cool because it was a whole new set of stretches. I recommend!!!!!!!

  • IMPRESSIVE

    I for one don’t usually right reviews because I mean who cares but this app really is extremely helpful! Not only does it show me how to do a certain exercise but it like reads my mind because sometimes they might say “keep your back straight” and that’s when I realize that my back is not straight so it corrects me without even knowing!! I’ve only had this app for literally 4 days and I’m already almost completely down with my splits! Incredible! Because of this app I could actually pursue my dream of being a Ballerina besides my obvious ballet classes. Duh! But really, I truly recommend this app for committed people out there. Thx for reading 😉

    Simple and to the point. I working towards two weeks now and it works fine for me and my schedule. I lol he I can customize certain days and make them my own. like practical apps like this one without all the extra fluff. In a digital age where I constantly have to filter information and add, this one deserves 10 stars.

  • I love it!!!!!!

    This app is amazing! After the first week I can already touch my toes. I am only 11 and sometimes struggle finding time for it with all my after school activities so the reminder is great. This app has helped me because when it was just me with no help I didn’t know where to start and I wasn’t committed and wouldn’t find the time. But with Splits I can stretch with guidance and safety. The instructions are great because they correct me if I am doing the stretch wrong. I just LOVE ITTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!
