  • App problems.

    I used the app to pay my bill but it wouldn’t let me pay what I wanted to. The payment page was totally unresponsive to attempts to pay more than the minimum amount already entered into the payment amount field, likewise the date of the payment was fixed to the current date and wasn’t responsive to attempts to change the payment date. This app needs be fixed or removed.

  • Entering card info

    Putting in your credit card info is almost impossible on your phone app with a PNC card, since it has the credit card number on the back of the card. The app doesn’t let you put in a expiration date when you do a one time payment so you have to use their scan option which doesn’t work for PNC then go to manually input from that screen, but you have to enter your information two times doing that process cause it never keeps it the first time been this way for months now.

  • App Terribly Broken

    If you want to view your bill, this app will allow you to do so. If you want to save your bill, don’t plan on using this or the website for that purpose. I need a record for tax purposes and need to keep a copy, but People’s doesn’t provide a method of doing so on mobile platforms. If you try to use the share sheet to save a copy, it opens a slip on the iPhone with no save button (or cancel requiring to force quit to do anything else). On iPad, the app crashes. I’ve, also, tried to use the print option, then save to files with the exact same result. Never seen this on any other app. On the website, the view bill option doesn’t work at all. Finally, I’ve tried using the Wallet app. The bill available there is usually one billing cycle behind. Contacted their support, and they asked whether I had tried the website. Responded as I had in my original email that I had and indicated the problem. No response from them. Emailed 1-2 other times to check status or guidance. No response. I hope their gas delivery to my home is more reliable and safe! Have your contractor test the app and fix the problems please!

  • Issues entering card info

    I cannot manually select the expiration date of your card on the “pay bill now” page . The only way I was able to enter it was to go into the camera to take a pic of the card but it wouldn’t scan the card either. When I hit “enter manually” a new prompt came up and let me enter just the card information excluding the name on the card which then was transferred on the “pay bill now” page. I am able to enter every other field on the page except for the “MM/YY” expiration field.

  • Needs Tremendous Work on iPad

    This app does not rotate for landscape mode on an iPad; it only works in portrait. Further, when the user tries to share the bill to save a copy for local record, the app crashes. Happens consistently. Finally, the menu of options reorders based on use eliminating the use of “muscle memory” for selecting options.

  • Awesome app

    I love this app and I’m glad it’s available because when I need to pay my bill I don’t have to get on the phone and do so it’s so convenient this way I got a little behind because I was in the hospital with three surgeries so this definitely is a great assess to keep my bill paid up
  • Worst app ever, deserves much lower ratings

    This is the most terrible, non-user-friendly software I have ever used. Not to mention half of the time it doesn’t even work. Forget adding a new payment, setting up autopay, or doing any of the things this app claims it can do, because it’s absolute garbage. Glitchy dumpster fire representing a trash company who is sucking the life out of this city and the planet. Don’t support this company

  • No Apple Pay

    Apple Pay would be nice to have
  • Just okay

    Functional but has some weird bugs that make it annoying to use. In the Home Screen the icons for different options are always shuffled around. Whenever you click one and then go back, they move around for a few seconds into new positions. Very odd and makes it easy to miss click on the wrong icon.
  • Easy payment process, except…

    Would be a simple five star app but the icons move all around on their own and just when you think they’ve loaded and you go to tap one, it changes to something else and you end up somewhere you don’t want to be.

    Why not just add a big “pay now” option atop the icons page when that’s probably what 99% of the users want when they open the app? The ONLY time I have ever used any of the other icons was by accident because they jump around so much.
