  • Worst App I’ve Ever Used

    This app is horrendous. It is slow, confusing, and is missing MANY features that the online mobile website offers. It REFUSES to save my payment method or connect to my Apple Wallet so I have to enter my credit card info EVERY single time I pay the bill. It doesn’t even allow you to schedule a payment for a later date! It’s a massive waste of your time. Avoid this app like the plague it is, simply use the mobile website, it is far superior. I hope some year People’s Gas will get around to making this app usable. For now, it’s a nightmare. If I could rate it ZERO stars I would.

  • Horrible app

    Horrible! I would give no stars if I could. My payment was returned with NO notification. I have never had a payment returned in my life. When I called they said the account # was entered wrong. You should not be prompted to proceed if info is incorrect. This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Waste
    For a utility co. Back to old school ways of sending a check or calling. Get with it Peoples

  • If I could give zero stars I would

    Absolute zero functionality. Forced to update and download new app, lost all functionality. Re-registered as they requested (while on the phone with their tech support). They can see that I requested it but have zero clue as to why it won’t function (even after several calls and trying several times each call). Why can’t they leave it the way it was... I figure the nephew of one of the big whigs at peoples needed a job to get out of his parents basement and with zero training or education on creating an app... and he got as far as a creating a thumbnail for your screen and curled up in a ball in his peanut butter fort... 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️ just sayin.

  • Hate this!!!

    Completely locked out of my account ever since this upgrade !!! Wish it would have just stayed the same. Horrible customer service. I was supposed to get a phone call regarding my problem over a week ago!! Haven’t heard from anyone. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. VERY INCONVENIENT NOW!!! Wish I could have given it zero stars 😡

  • Unbelievable

    I felt forced to download this app when I was unable to pay my bill on the new site, using Safari. Unfortunately, the app does not work either. It appears that the only way to pay my bill is by calling customer service. Wow! Terrible!
  • Getting there..

    The new app from the old one is 20 times better. However, with the new update (recently)when your adding in your card information to pay your bill, it won’t let you add in the expiration date of your card. So now I’m forced to make a payment online or calling in. What’s the point of the app if I can’t make the payment?

  • Beautiful but flawed

    Wanted to pay the bill since the new website is not Safari friendly anymore. Attempted three times and each time the app deleted my CC details. With all the work you put into the design please correct the functionality. A plus would be Apple Pay. :)
  • Worst upgrade to a website ever

    This website only allows you to enter or recover your password if you know a 12 digit account #. Since I’ve been paying online for over a year, I don’t know my account # and don’t want to wait forever for a customer service rep.
  • Why?

    A very bad step for the company, it now just got significantly harder to pay my bill. Useless process and extra steps. Technology is supposed to make this easier. Can’t use your iPad on Safari, so you are forced to use this awful app. Now my two accounts need separate passwords instead of being on one account. Not sure why the change was made, seeing absolutely no benefit.
