Payment date unchangeable.
Want to pay my bill, but want to change the date it is deducted from my acct.. unlike paying online, there is no way to change the date the $ is deducted from my account. I don’t mean that I want to pay my bill late, I mean that if today is Jan 8, and my bill is due on Jan 28th. If I want to pay my bill on Jan 20th (8 days early) there is no way to do that.

What’s Happening???!!!
I had to register my acct again and now it won’t take the new or old password that I made. Frustrating!!

Payment doesn’t work
When I went to pay my bill on the app, it said I paid it already. Couldn’t find payment history in the app, so I went to the website instead and paid my bill there.

Great
Loving the new app. It’s easy to use.

Recommendations for the future:
1) It needs Apple Pay for easy payments.
2) Apple Keychain support would be great.

Terrible digital experience
I downloaded the app because for over a week I could not log on to the web page to pay my bill. The app is a terrible experience. The fields to enter information are not responsive and the functionality to move between different fields to enter information is basically non existent. Seriously, it’s almost 2020 - if you’re going to have an app, it needs to function 100%. Especially for basic things like bill pay. Hire an expert developer and stop using the intern who “built an app once....” this is a broken experience and it needs to be fixed.

Improved? More like got ran over by a semi
It would be nice if Peoples would let you log in with your old password, or send you a new one. I haven’t been able to login to pay my bill, I don’t get paper billing, my emailed bill doesn’t have my account number, and I keep getting hung up on when I call for assistance. Worst experience from this new app, to customer service.
