  • Expiration date needs fixed

    I cant put the expiration date information from my card when trying to pay. Please fix.
  • Difficult to use

    This app is not user friendly. The mandatory sections are very hard to use. I’m fairly tech savvy but this is a headache to use. If customer service was decent I’d try calling for a live person…not an option basically they’re worse.
  • Mostly convenient

    It very convenient to pay by app, I just wish it would save my billing information. It’s a bit of a hassle to enter my card information, name and address every time. I click “save information for next time” but it never works. Other than that, very good app.
  • Schedule payment

    Convenient but would even be more so if you could schedule a payment in advance.
  • Wont store information

    Every time I go to pay my bill I have to keep entering my information even if I check the box remember for next time. It is very frustrating.
  • Making payments

    Every time I go on to make a payment my password is NOT recognized. I either have to change it each time or go to payments and log my information in. I rate your app 1 out of 10 it’s so frustrating.
  • Awful

    This app is awful and takes 20 minutes to do anything. Considering nothing saves and it takes forever to just add a payment method and half the time adding it doesn’t work. Not user friendly at all
  • People’s Gas is in the Stone Age

    I get snail mail and email bills. Why why why. Why can’t get I simply get a level year round budget billing? Payments are easy… hy make it so hard. The password often does not work, the web site has issues as well.
  • Difficult

    App would not let me make selections or input information easily. I almost gave up because I repeatedly had to attempt to fill in empty slots.
  • This Service is Currently Unavailable

    Been trying to pay my bill for 24 hours and keep getting a pop-up that says “This service is currently unavailable.” Feels like an intentional outage so People’s can charge people late fees since there’s no way to go online to pay your bill. I’ve never been late on my bill even once but I’m out of town and now the app has just been turned off for over a day.
