Better than On Song
I give 5 starts again On Song because futures are good enough for me, On song I pay for a year and that supposed to be a good choice but, I lost a lot of song, just because I didn’t the back up, but for that expensive app at least you can keep Al your song without back up, but SONG BOOK PRO does his job without any lost so I hope they improve more future because for sure this is the best app for Church musicians.
But now I have a problem because app is telling me that I am using a free trial but I pay for it a couple years ago, please help me this is my first tool to workShow lessMaranathaShalom
unsuitable for live performance
This app is NOT suitable for live performers/performances, because this app randomly looses the links to the backing tracks. For a live performer this is devastating and guaranteed to ruin your show.
This app is great IF you don’t need to depend on it. It has many nice features that make it fun to play with, but I’ve only had the app a short time (a few weeks) and it’s already lost the links to the backing tracks twice, forcing me to have to go through my entire data base of songs to re-link them. This is true even though I keep my backing tracks on my iPad.
Another minor issue that I have, is that the auto-play starts immediately upon entering a song using the set-lists feature. It should be linked to start when the song is started. Because of this issue I have to make sure to stop auto-play as soon as I switch to the next song in my set-list.Show lessMatt - Poolvill, Tx
Why am I back to the trial version?
I upgraded to the full version of this app soon after trying it, because I wanted to created a songbook of my fave artists, which means I have way more that twelve songs saved in it.
I opener it recently and was editing a few things and decided to create a new song and enter it by memory. When I went too save it,a notification cane hippo asking if I want to keep trying or buy.
I looked and couldn't find a restore purchase option in settings.

Best charts app
I tried so many apps for charts and lyrics. None had everything I wanted, and many are subscription based. This app allows me to do anything I want: build charts, import charts, even from online, make notes with my own notation, create sets, I could keep going.

Love this!
This is the first digital songbook that I have used and I love it. I have recommended it to many of my friends. With the manager aspect I really appreciate being able to organize and modify as needed through my pc. For my band mates that still use sheet music, I love that I can easily do key changes and print from my device and we all have the same thing in front of us. Highly recommend this app!Show lessPBen22
Great Singer songwriter and musician too
I am a bass player, guitar player, singer song writer and drummer and I use this app to replace my old song binder. It does everything the old song binder did and much more. I use it for covers and originals and it works for me to always have the lyrics and song structures to play whatever I want. The only thing I wish it would do that it doesn’t is be accessible from different devices.Show lessygddtjh
Great apps for lyrics and chords
This app is easy to use and it can be tailored to your liking and needs. It works with pedals, you can create set lists, change key, edit lyrics and chords, change background color and font size, export songs to other devices, it has a direct link to a great song search engine, and more. Awesome app
This is really an awesome app. It is well thought out, well designed, clean, and workflow friendly. One of the coolest aspects of this app is that it creates, in real time, an HTTP web client on your desktop using a TCP/UDP port. Most editing can be done on your desktop and it automatically communicates with the iPad app. No software is required on your desktop computer other than a browser. Very well done.
Additionally, this app contains a very accurate parsing engine for Microsoft Word documents. which was important to me seeing as how I have hundreds of them. The documents are parsed to ChordPro and require minimal editing in the (Best in class in my opinion) ChordPro editing widget. Essentially, chords that were entered manually on the line above the lyrics in Microsoft Word were very accurately positioned when the word document was parsed into ChordPro.
The app has basic MIDI support. I did communicate with the developer who says that more MIDI support is on the way. I am able to send a program change to my beat buddy upon opening the song. I'd like to send a tempo change as well another PC to my Voicelive at that point too, but have not figured out how to do it.
In summary, this is an absolutely awesome app. The ChordPro editor alone is worth the price of admission.Show lessDavid Nelsen
Everything I Need
I used another app that I paid for. When I had to replace my phone I was not able to download and use my previous app. And there was no way to contact them.
I had over 200 songs downloaded and customized for me. I started looking for a replacement and stumbled on this one. This does the same as my old but better and does more. The simplicity I can integrate with Ultimate Guitar is absolutely seem less. And this app is free.
So far I’ve not found a thing I’d change.

Awesome so far and way better than my old simple notes app for lyrics. I would really like the feature to search websites like genius or azlyrics since I don’t need the chords always. Another improvement I would like to see is the ability to auto sync my iPad with the lyrics on the desktop app. My iPad stays in my bag usually until I gig so I would prefer to just update lyrics on my pc and have it automatically update when I open the app.Show lessbbbbbbbbbbrian
