No issues with the app, but I do find it inconvenient when the lock often requires me to face a certain way since my phone is in my pocket.

Recent update broke everything
Update that went live on Sep 15th, 2022 seems to have broken functionality. Everyone at my organization that installed the update is now unable to unlock with the app.
When it’s working it’s a fine app, although I only set to broadcast when I need it, since sometimes it seems to unlock from too far away.Show lessSeraphSword
Lots of room for improvement
It’s annoying that the app needs precise location services enabled 24/7. Since it works via Bluetooth user should be able to opt out of this.
Being able to add passes to Apple wallet would make the whole experience 1000000x easier and quicker.Apple Super-Stores ltd.
