Have to use this for work unfortunately. It continuously asks for this permissions that I don’t want to give. I already said I don’t want to give you all the permissions. It also bugs out when you open the app and you have to wait to wait 5-10 seconds before you can actually open a door.

Works but eats up battery life
I need this for work and it does the job but it crushes my battery life. It is always the number one battery usage app. This could and should be addressed by Verkada.JPG349
Great, but don’t like Bluetooth category
This is useful in my workplace, but I don’t like the Bluetooth category of nearby doors. It adjusts the setup of the main menu. When I’m trying to open the doors for clientele, the screen will get wonky because it pops up nearby doors, causing me to unlock the wrong door. I wish there was a way to turn this feature off. Even when my Bluetooth is off, “Nearby Doors” will still constantly change.Show lessGhostsxhbf
Never works
Ever since our HOA switched from key cards (that worked, ALWAYS) to this crap, never works. Ever. I take the back, the first day, we got it to work one time after management company continuously "fiddled" with the system. Hasn't worked since. Even management company is tired of this crap. If your business or HOA is considering it, DONT!
Heck, I can't even log in in months. My WORKING password no longer works, magic link never works as it never sends it to me. Same for password reset. Pretty much the same complaints from EVERYONE in our community.Show lessMidwestScooterParts.com
Need Apple Watch app

The pass always wants to go to my Apple Pay instead of opening the door. Is there anyway you could make this available for an Apple Watch and then maybe this wouldn’t be a problem?mom98632

App doesn’t open
Unfortunately, I can’t use the app at all since, after I click on the magic link, I get a spinning wheel, and nothing else. When I did find a Support link on the Verkada website, the support is not helping. We’ll see what happens.SDLReviews
