KTM Duke 125 not on selection
So on the bike there is the KTM My ride text on the bit you can scroll through with the buttons, but it’s not an option on the app. I heard you can turn of ABS and do other stuff etc which I was looking forward to, but I find out I can’t so not so great.Venom Viper 21
App won’t send navigation from phone to bike’s dashboard
Writing this review in the hopes of getting a response from the developers. Ive downloaded and purchased the app - basic version i think for 9 bucks.. but, i cannot see the map and directions in the bike’s dash . I don’t see that send button on the navigation page like i did when i watched the youtube video. What am i doing wrong? I hope the answer isn’t “get the oremier version” !! Basic version should cover that.. btw, i see that the phone and bike are connected, just wont transfer the map and directions for navigation. Help pls, thx vmShow lessHPSins
Needs a lot of work
Got it set up, when it’s running on dash and phone the phone shows the correct exit on roundabout. However on the dash it shows the completely the opposite direction. Don’t trust the dash directions so it’s pointlesscally80y

$18Au a month for a very ordinary navigation app, no phone or media access.
After paying over 30k for a bike this is an insult to your customers but not unexpected from ktm.TasyJIm

Congratulations the app has finally been updated to allow 2021 bikes to connect.
But wait there’s a catch…. The bike you just paid for now requires a subscription to make the features you’ve already paid for enabled, for the low price of $9.33 a month you can have navigation that is free on any other motor vehicle built right now.

Doesn’t work
890 adventure R Just purchased a week ago. Ive tried several times and it won’t pair. The app accepted the VIN and my bike comes up but no communication. It just searches. I use an iPhone 13 and live in Nevada.desertvet 825

Hi desertvet 825, once you connected your bike via bluetooth you need to connect the app too. Tap on "tap to connect" on the top left of your bike and then the connection will be established. If you still have problems connecting you bike please contact appfeedback@piererindustrie.at wiht your VIN.Support for DUKE 390 MY22 ???

I cannot find DUKE 390 on the app when trying to add my bike not even using VIN number. Is this bike not supported???

1000 Mile Review
Im enjoying my 2022 Adventure R but this app leaves a lot to be desired. There are some connection issues with the Pack Talk Bold where the intercom system won’t work unless you turn on the system after you turn on the bike. If you turn off the bike for any reason you have to turn off the intercom and restart in order. It’s a pain. I haven’t used the navigation feature yet, it feels useless without the premium plan and I’m not sure I want to pay another $12 per month after paying $18 grand for the bike. I get supporting the app designers but this along with the “Tech Pack” download seems like they are nickel and dimeing their customers. It’s not a budget brand but these things make it feel cheap. Overall the app is a little weird to use with the navigation being hidden below. I do like the route selection features. It’s nice to avoid freeways etc. It’s probably something Google maps can do for free though. I will probably uninstall the app soon and just mount my phone with OnX.Show lessEli_Eli_Oh
