Not working anymore
I was connected and everything worked fine and now it won’t connect at all making my Ebo SE a big expensive paperweight
Why so hard to connect
I brought it on a trip and it took forever to connect to wifi. I’m so confused why it’s having such a hard time. It’s keeps saying error messages and now it won’t connect to my wifi now that I’m back home. The app is so vague.
Ebo Air
Ebo Air keeps on losing connection to WiFi. The other Ebo S and SE don’t seem to have this issue. Can we also have more detailed explanation on how to use features on Ebo Air? The tutorial on the features such as tracking and security patroling is unclear. I’m still not sure how to use these features. Thanks

Fun bot but app needs work
The EBO Air is a (mostly) well-made gadget, but the app is buggy, freeze- and crash-prone, and needs fine-tuning. Control of the bot’s movement is jerky, even with practice. The app control items are often named strangely, leaving the user to figure out what they do. (The dev could use some help from a native English speaker.) As to the actual device, the camera seems to lack a white balance function, as the image is either purple, pink or correct depending on the light (natural, LED, incandescent, etc.). I’ve contacted the dev but no response yet. Overall EBO is worth it for the price, and I’m hoping for improvements in the software.

Doesn’t return to home base anymore
Ever since the last update when he gets near the homebase just spins in circles and it can’t get back on and then eventually dies. A new update is needed
Needs Features
The robot is great, I believe it works good and takes a great video and photos. My only gripe is that it needs to be able to cruise at Will for longer than three minutes. It should be able to cruise until the battery needs to charge, and then it can return to its base. It’s fun to be able to drive the device, but it would be better if it could do it on its own and tour around the house.

Useful companion
Easy to use and did immediately have Wi-Fi issues but if you delete the app disconnect the robot and then reconnect to the Wi-Fi it fixes the robot issue
Love my EBO
He is great but he always getting stuck I put safe stop on & still gets lost, the battery gets low & he fails. The manual controls work great. He is very entertaining I just wish I could figure out a way to see the cam online
Not happy
I’m not Happy with this App, and the developers, or creators of this app. The product is Amazing. A few problems I have with the app and it’s creative team is the lack of responses to the feedback. I wish that the Ebo along with the app would inform the owner that it has started its security sweep threw out the house. Also I don’t understand why Ebo has no recording of its sweep threw out the time of being off the charger. I find it concerning that I’m not aware of Ebo moving threw-out. I don’t understand why we as the owner of the product do not have more control of what is accruing when not aware or not on the app during. I hope this gets read and or corrected to where the owner/users have more awareness/control. I would hate for Ebo to be more of a problem then a companion to my home.

Update us broken app
Whatever they have done has broken the WiFi connection and this can’t be fixed.
