UX is terrible
I used the app for 10 mins and found this. L
Their user experience is terrible.
The app itself has a lot of good features but the way the features are shown/forced down your throat is terrible.
The searches aren’t broad enough and require you select specifics even if you don’t care about the specifics. Forces you to select years instead of making it an option. Forces you to select a specific trim instead of being able to just select model. Even through all of this it still doesn’t take you to the available cars. It forces you to pick a specific year even if there is no difference between those models. Then proceeds to give you 6 slides you have to respond to before seeing the vehicles.
Who ever is doing their user experience testing should be fired because a high school kid could do a better jobShow lessSlipperyBucket
Awesome. I found my car the first day!
I downloaded the app and bought a car the next day. Copilot found a great deal on a 2019 Lincoln Navigator that was under the market value with only 4K miles. It was perfect for us. I had been working with a dealer in Pittsburgh who couldn’t find what I was looking for. Copilot did it in a matter of minutes. My only complaint is I couldn’t figure out how to tell the app I made a purchase.Show lessClinesdale

Love this app - if you’re searching for a slightly used car, this helps you conduct a thorough search of all vehicles within your search radius and then drill down to find the best deal according to your criteria ( mileage, cost, year, etc). I found what I was looking for within 2 days.kennedy ransom
Need to add a few more options
Great pictures and info. I would like to narrow the search a little more. Make, Model, manual or automatic, model year range, body style, body type, trim - grand touring, retractable hard top or soft top. And packages, premium, sport, suspension, etc. mostly looking for manual, so I don’t want to have all the automatics popping up.😎Show lesskimo1962

I love this app, it saves you from wandering all around having to gather business cards from all the dealerships. I put my info in, and the style of the SUV I was looking for, the equipment I wanted on the car, the distance to look, the price. Then my car rep is sending me everything within 50 miles, it tells you if they are motivated to lower the price, etc. A must have if buying a new or used car.Show lessVettekrazy
Easy way to shop around your area
This is a great tool to assist in finding cars you are interested in. I knew what kind of car I wanted and this considers all options you choose and sends results. Then you can decide which ones you want to look at. It provides you with all the information on the car’s history so you can make a pretty safe decision.Show lesskia buyer
Loving It!
I’m really glad I was targeted for the Facebook ad for this app because I’ve been searching multiple websites trying to figure out what to do about getting a newer vehicle. This app is amazing. There’s not much I would change about it other than maybe if the car is a good deal to show that in green and to show the over market in red maybe. I love that it has that feature because sometimes it’s hard to compare all of the details yourself when there are multiple dealers. I’ve had an issue with it changing the years sometimes when I search and I have to change them back to what I wanted, but that’s just a minor problem. I also love that it has a link to that car’s page on the actual dealer website too. The app seems to be very well thought out.Show lessstrayjellyfish

When my 16 yo son totaled our paid off Honda Odyssey van which I loved and had planned to drive the wheels off of, I had to find a suitable replacement without wiping out our savings. Since my kids were older, we decided to downsize, to save some money. I never would have had time to search through all the dealerships to find the best deals. Stopped dead in my tracks
When asked “what make and model”, I stopped right there and didn’t complete my account setup. What if I don’t know the make and model of the used car I want to purchase? What if my criteria is based on price range and mileage? I gave my review 3 stars because I’m sure it’s a good tool for you if you know what specific make and model you want. For those of us that don’t know yet, well maybe Copilot isn’t the right tool.Show lessIndymurph
Truly top tier car buyer advocate app
After driving around searching car lots near our city, we were annoyed that it was difficult to really find models that fit our desired feature set. Within ten minutes of downloading copilot I was set up with hundreds of matches within a days drive, and I was able to quickly and very accurately filter that list down based on the wanted features and budget. Whittled the huge list down to two vehicles that matched our wants and budget, and made plans to go test drive! We ended up buying the first match because it test drove really well.
