24/7 chat not working
The people at the facility are very helpful and nice, but the 24/7 chat (one of the main reasons this service was attractive to me) crashes and doesn’t work every time I try to use it. My phone is updated and compatible so that can’t be the reason. I hope they fix this bug soon, because it’s a part of the service that I really wanted.
