Really disappointing

We booked luggage storage in Miami via this app. Took an Uber to the storage location only to discover it was closed, despite the app telling us it was open and allowing us to book for that day. Waste of time and money. Ended up paying for the much more expensive storage at the airport.

Easy drop off & pick up storing our luggage in Miami

Great experience at bike shop

This worked out really well. It was very safe they did not store it right exactly in their shop.

So quick and convenient.
I just dropped my luggage and turned on the timer. Amazing idea to provide such service especially for people who like to travel and explore!

SO convenient & easy!

I can’t speak for the experience of others, but I personally had a wonderful experience with Luggage Hero. I was skeptical from reading other reviews, but gave it a chance as it was much less expensive than leaving our luggage at the train station in Paris. We found a location a few blocks away, dropped off our luggage and were on our way. We returned a few hours later and were able to easily retrieve our untampered luggage without a problem! A brilliant service!

Overcharged

THIS APP IS TRASH, DO NOT USE IT
IT WOULD NOT LET ME STOP THE BOOKING TIME AND WAS OVERCHARGED AND NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK
NOW THEY IN MY INBOX DOING MATH EQUATIONS AS IF IM TOO DUMB TO UNDERSTAND THE PRICES
NAH YOU GUYS JUST OVERCHARGE AND DONT WANNA ADMIT THE MISTAKE AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
I HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD CAUSE I GOT CHARGED TWICE AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK
DO NOT USE EVER, THEY WILL OVERCHARGE AND KEEP YOUR MONEY AND MAKE IT SEEM LIKE IF YOU ARE IN THE WRONG

Scam!

Be aware, first location I went, it turned out they close in two hours so I had to cancel (the guy said he had told the app 3 weeks in advance). The next location I went took my two bags, 5 hours later I was charged $20 for 4 bags! No idea why 4 bags! There is a reason the app won’t show you it’s locations until you put your card info in

Great app in my opinion. Easy to navigate, transparency of prices and straightforward booking process. I’ll be sure to keep on using!

Holiday Hours Inaccurate

We used this app on a New Year’s trip to Nashville. At first, I was excited because the booking was so convenient and affordable. However, 2 days into our trip I called the stores to confirm their New Year’s Day hours and at least 2 locations were closed when the app stated holiday hours were confirmed. The failure was a huge inconvenience in the middle of our trip. I love the concept, but this needs serious improvements.
