Not cheap on Italy
Charged for 2 Bags when I only needed one stored

Our policy requires a minimum of 2 bags per booking to optimize storage and maintain service efficiency. While you can select 1 bag, the charge will reflect 2 bags. Paid for 2 left 1
At store pointed out that app said 2 bags but only had 1. Lady said no problem and don’t worry. Picked up 2 hours later - another person there and said 2 bags to pay for although only 1 bag left so only 1 picked up - told me to sort it out with luggage hero.
