Not close to Fenway park

We chose this place being out of town and not knowing our surroundings. If we had known it was this far, we would have chosen not to bring big bags to the game.
The staff was really nice though! Great service!

Easy and Convenient

First time using LuggageHero and it was so easy to use and great value for money.
Friendly service with a numbered tag system which identified your luggage and prevented tampering. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Luggage Hero located at Bounce near London Waterloo.

First Timer, Super Easy & Convenient!

Wanted to walk around without bags in Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood about 4 hours before our rental check in was available. What a great option! Drop off and booking via app went flawlessly and saved the $100 early check in fee our rental would have charged for lunch instead. Will use again. 👍🏽

Not anywhere near where app says

Business owner very pleasant. However the plan was to leave luggage and go to Arlington. App implies it is close to metro. It is NOT! I had to Uber from closest station $15 then Uber to Arlington and then take train and Uber again to get luggage.

Again owner was great but info is misleading on the app. U have to book for them to show u address! Never again

Great for bicycles!

As an American traveling in Europe with a bicycle, I stumbled across this solution. It was recommended by the airport Authority and I really had no idea what it was. I thought I would arrive to a luggage storage facility… But instead I arrive to a more private(convenience store) who would be handling my luggage. I kind of think about it like AirBnB for luggage where individuals/businesses can rent their space to store your luggage. It was the absolute perfect for me as I was traveling with my family and then going on a bike excursion. I was safely able to leave my bicycle for 10 days and pick it up later on the rest of my trip.

Very easy to book, the people at the hotel where we left our luggage were friendly, it was simple to both leave and retrieve our baga.

Beware ! Charged $10 after canceling 2 mins after booking

In theory this is a great service. Checking out of our air BnB needed a place in London to store luggage . Found one 2 blocks away yay!!! Pressed the book button and realized the store was not open yet and decided to hold on to luggage instead. Tried to cancel right away and was informed we would be charged $10!!!! Will be fighting this charge with the credit card company. There should be a grace period when booking same day.

Great Service Hidden Fees

Not complaining but just pointing out that the first two hours free is really not right. Ended up costing us €15 for two hours. To be honest that’s fine because it was a great service, extremely convenient and streamlined, and we dealt with excellent people. I guess it’s just when, the headline is ‘the first two hours free’ you kind of expect two hours to be free. Again not a complaint just pointing it out.
