Unstable app
Also seems like the app and hardware are not completely in-sync when the app hasn’t crashed, and unable to use wireless headphones as not compatible.
Will have to return it all if performance remains this poor.

Great app, bit expensive.
Would be great to have the same songs in different types of experience like beginner and advance etc.
Please Enable it for MacOS!
It’s been a blast learning the keys on LUMI Music with how interactive it is using the keyboard. I’m one of those unfortunate souls who don’t own an iPad and it would be a lifesaver if you could enable this app for Apple Silicon Macbooks so people like me don’t have to squint at their phones or deal with laggy response from screen mirroring onto the laptop screen.

Very disappointing
I bought a piano book and I’ve learned more in a day using that than I have using this app for over a month.
Save yourself the money and the fuss and just learn with an electronic keyboard and a good beginner piano book.
This is fun and educational!
There is always room for improvement when it comes to a app/keyboard combo like this-- but I am having fun with it and I highly recommend it.

If it's still occurring please try the following: - Restart the app properly by quitting the app (instead of minimising) and opening again. - If the issue still persists, log out, and then log back in again. Please let us know if you have any problems after trying those steps.

We've now actually pushed out a remote firmware fix for affected units (you should have received an email about it), but it sounds like you're sorted anyway. Error Message Every Lesson
After every single lesson I get an error message, and none of my progress is saved. The hardware works great, but it’s useless until the app is fixed. I keep seeing the Developer’s notes that they’re aware of this, but will it be fixed soon? I can’t even use this product until it’s fixed which is really sad since it was a gift I was very excited to receive.
