Amazing piano learning app!
Lumi has been such an amazing app to kick start my learning of the piano, although it has its couple here and ther bugs, its overall an amazing app especially with the lumi keys!dbfcjhdvjhkbcsbc
App errors constantly
New user of both the app and keyboard. Keyboard is great but the app has a constant issue of saying “There was an error, please try again.” And throwing you back to the Home Screen after the completion of any activity/lesson/song. Deeply annoying and I hope it’s fixed soon.JPalmerNIU
Errors about 30 seconds into any song.
After playing any song for 30seconds it errors and goes back to it’s Home Screen. Half the time on this screen it is frozen and then I have to hard close the app and restart it. When it disconnects it blast me with maximum brightness. Terrible, regrets :(. Pretty pathetic there software doesn’t even work on iPad. They should be ashamed.Show lessCuddleDoodle

BUYER BEWARE! Application does not work at all!
The application will not open at all. Shuts down immediately after the logo pops up making the keyboard a hunk of trash because you can’t use it without the app. Waste of money!Jennilynnlive
First Impressions
I ordered this awhile back when they were having a launch promotion and just finally opened everything today. I was so excited. I do have some previous piano and other instruments experience, but mostly at a beginner level. First I tried the classic Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and whatever version they have on there is NOT the traditional Twinkle that most folks know, which completely messed me up. Why have a song that people can’t check what they’re doing by ear? I’m used to looking up and not down at the keyboard when playing and the colours make that difficult and the set up gives a very bad feel for what the timing of the song is. Itsy Bitsy Spider was also abnormally difficult because I just can’t get down with the LUMI app format. I am saddened, disappointed, and I am pretty sure I regret this purchase. I would have been better off with a simple beginner piano book and the keyboard I already have and continuing to be able to better check my playing by ear versus looking at the keyboard and the colours. Just. Disappointing. And this was just day one. Going to look to see if I can return this because it’s not going to work for this beginner piano student that already knows the basics. Something to keep in mind if you are already a playing beginner and think that this may help you. It doesn’t mesh well with more traditional training methods, in my opinion.Show lessJ. Wilds

Hi, we're very sorry to hear you're not enjoying your LUMI. Many of the playing views are indeed designed for those who would like to learn piano in a more visual way, with lights and colors. We understand that might not be for everyone. However most of our songs do also have an accompanying traditional sheet music view as well, so if you're more interested in traditional methods of learning there are options in the app.Think you LUMI

App doesn’t work on iPad
I’ve tried reaching out to customer service, tried every option I’ve found from customer support and online and my LUMI keyboard still won’t connect to the app on my iPad and now I feel like I wasted my money and need to return.Geevabeba
