I love the fact that I can earn a cash reward for paying my rent on time. This is my first time using this app and I’m glad I did. I had accumulated an amount that ended up being what I needed to help cover a bill. I was able to have it transferred directly to my bank account, which was very easy and convenient.JaeB0208

This app is a SCAM!!!
I only heard about this app from my apartments before I moved in so I said oh wow that’s a great way to save & earn extra money..I transferred funds to my bank on September 3rd and still no funds when I reached out they said the account was incorrect so I resubmitted. Fast forward to this week still no funds in my account I was told yet again it was sent to the wrong account. But HOW?! When I added my banking I had to log into my account with my user and password so the info couldn’t have been right. I was told to order the stake card but from the feedback on the app ppl were told the exact same thing as I was so they ordered the stake Visa card and still haven’t received it a month later. If your apartments suggest using this app for cash back rewards DONT bc they could be using our information for scamming purposes 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!Queen Terica

Transferred to the wrong account.
They used to respond extremely fast, now it says within 24 hours on business days, it’s been 5 days. Still nothing. Multiple messages. Changed my bank account two to three weeks before I made a transfer and it still went to the wrong account. What’s going on? Y’all used to be on top of it.Nicolai C
