Transferred to the wrong account.
They used to respond extremely fast, now it says within 24 hours on business days, it’s been 5 days. Still nothing. Multiple messages. Changed my bank account two to three weeks before I made a transfer and it still went to the wrong account. What’s going on? Y’all used to be on top of it.

Stake is the best part about my current apartment. I love getting cash back every month, easy to transfer. I wish more places would offer this program.
App crashing??
Concept is great but I’ve only been able to get on the app without it instantly booting me off one time. Transferred money one time and ever since I haven’t been able to get on.

I am new to this app! But the people servicing the app were awesome and very helpfully. They answered every question I had. They answered all my questions and not to mention the savings I got on the app were great! I just love seeing my savings grow!!!! Thank you Stake!
