For everyone else- I strongly suggest a discussion with your GP rather than getting these random tests.
Some examples:
PSA: a negative result can be somewhat reassuring in respect to a prostate cancer diagnosis, but only in the context of discussion with a GP. A positive result is non-specific (could be due to lots of things) but It creates a lot of worry, possibly a painful biopsy etc.
Thyroid function? If you are already treated for underactive thyroid then you should be having regular blood tests anyway. If you have symptoms of tiredness etc then you should speak to a doctor and not arrange this test. Tiredness could be an underactive thyroid, but also could be low b12, anaemia, stress, lung cancer, leukaemia, insomnia, Addisons disease, coeliac, obstructive sleep apnea, kidney or liver disease, low vitamin D or Folic acid, and many other things.
Bowel cancer? If you’re thinking along these routes then speak to a doctor and get a FIT test. It is far more accurate.
Random testing without the context provided by an experienced GP is at best of little use and at worst dangerous.

Nope scam
I did the at home test kit which was fine I guess- I did the full thyroid test because I have a goiter the size of a golf ball everyone can see it when they look at me, and my blood results were all "normal" in the green level. The reason I'm reviewing this app with one star is because I used telehealth on the app I paid 49$ for a consultation for a UTI which is treated with antibiotics prescription- she said I have to go be seen in person. So not only is my issue very easy to fix, and it's very painful, but now I wasted my money just to be told to go somewhere else? I've been in pain for 2 days because it really took them a long time to get back to me. I am never wasting my money on this app or this company ever again. All they had to do was prescribe me antibiotics but now I have to go in person somewhere I probably won't even get a refund wasted 50$ on them for literally no reason, to be in pain for longer than necessary

Zero result
Tried to use the service twice, following the instructions to the letter, but they were unable to report and simply walked away, with no refund.
App Not Working
I don’t really want to give this a bad review since I haven’t even used the product yet. But, I received my test yesterday and the app has been saying “unknown error has occurred” for the past 12 hours.
Good luck contacting customer support
The app is designed to keep you as far away from customer support as possible. My test kit was sent to the wrong address and I have been unable to contact them to address this issue from within the app.
This is an intentional design choice — these are the sorts of tactics product managers implement to ensure it’s difficult to open an issue, hoping that you eventually give up (and most do).
Service is fine, but this sort of design decision shows a lot about a company.

Failed tests
Sent in 2 test, over £150 spent. Both results were insufficient sample.(not enough blood) Saying Buy AGAIN. No thanks, I’m going somewhere cheaper now. They could have offered replacements at a discount at least tad I don’t know if I was at fault or them.
Scam company
They have a tiny expiration date on their kits and if you wait too long you can’t submit the kit and they have stolen your $50 or whatever I paid for the kit. They don’t tell you this upfront, of course. I would go to your doctor rather than trust these people. Seems like they make their money off of selling kits that people don’t get a chance to use so the company never has to pay a lab fee so why would you trust them with your health??? Scam, scam, scam.

Poor instructions
I paid handsomely for a test, they asked for a sample to the line, there was no line on the container so I filled it up. The results came back as insufficient sample and no I need to pay again!
No thank you, a free retest should be an option if appropriate after a chat from a human to ascertain if any sampling errors were made.
