Nope scam
I did the at home test kit which was fine I guess- I did the full thyroid test because I have a goiter the size of a golf ball everyone can see it when they look at me, and my blood results were all "normal" in the green level. The reason I'm reviewing this app with one star is because I used telehealth on the app I paid 49$ for a consultation for a UTI which is treated with antibiotics prescription- she said I have to go be seen in person. So not only is my issue very easy to fix, and it's very painful, but now I wasted my money just to be told to go somewhere else? I've been in pain for 2 days because it really took them a long time to get back to me. I am never wasting my money on this app or this company ever again. All they had to do was prescribe me antibiotics but now I have to go in person somewhere I probably won't even get a refund wasted 50$ on them for literally no reason, to be in pain for longer than necessaryElla Holland
App Not Working
I don’t really want to give this a bad review since I haven’t even used the product yet. But, I received my test yesterday and the app has been saying “unknown error has occurred” for the past 12 hours.WillyP44444444
Good luck contacting customer support
The app is designed to keep you as far away from customer support as possible. My test kit was sent to the wrong address and I have been unable to contact them to address this issue from within the app.
This is an intentional design choice — these are the sorts of tactics product managers implement to ensure it’s difficult to open an issue, hoping that you eventually give up (and most do).
Service is fine, but this sort of design decision shows a lot about a company.Davidicus12
Scam company
They have a tiny expiration date on their kits and if you wait too long you can’t submit the kit and they have stolen your $50 or whatever I paid for the kit. They don’t tell you this upfront, of course. I would go to your doctor rather than trust these people. Seems like they make their money off of selling kits that people don’t get a chance to use so the company never has to pay a lab fee so why would you trust them with your health??? This business has become awful!
I have bought the comprehensive sexual health test twice more than a year in between. It is no longer a service I will use ever again!!!! 10+days waiting for results, endless holds on the phone trying to get answers as to why the testing took so long. The price is supposed to include meds but they hit you with a “virtual consultation” additional $39 fee after you receive results. That is the only way you will get meds that you already paid for. Long wait times for support and results.
Took one of their tests, scheduled the UPS pickup, and sent it in. Thought I’d have results in a reasonable amount of time. Almost at a week now and still no results or even updates on my sample. Literally no communication from this company. Will not be using them again despite the kit being straight forward.Eudiphon
