Poor Customer Service
I ordered about 600$ worth of tests, one came with a finger vibrator that helped with blood flow. That test went great. I was unable to complete the next two tests because I’m not a ‘good bleeder’ - despite following their blood flow tests. When I asked about extra finger vibrators to finish the other tests, I was told they only come with certain tests and I couldn’t get anymore, for free or paid. So I basically wasted $500 on tests I can’t take. Do NOT recommend this service at all if you have trouble getting blood to come out of your finger or even struggle at the dr/ER with giving blood samples.Simply Smilin'
What a waste!!
They received my blood sample 9 days ago, I should have had my results 4 days ago. Sent a message to support requesting an update as to what was taking so long. The test I ordered is supposedly only supposed to take 3-5 days once my sample was received. Waste of money and time!! Will NOT be purchasing any further tests!!syoung3402

Kits falsely expire after 3 months no refunds or replacements
This company scams you by selling you a kit with a fake expiration date. Nothing in the kit actually expires within a few months, it’s only there to increase their sales. The kits cost around $15-20 to create and ship. The fee they pay affiliates per person that buys a kit through them is $30 which means their profit margin on these kits is already outrageous. Yet they refuse to replace or refund or discount any kits once the ones you have expire.
Their competitor for example, everlywell (much better company until letsgetchecked proves me otherwise), their kits have the same items in them and last a whole year, so you can buy a few on sale and stock up.
It blows my mind that a company thinks they can sell $250 tests and not offer ANYTHING to their customer if a kit expires before they need to use it? I won’t stop the harassment until the kits are replaced or refunded. I’ll plaster every review site, blow up your phone lines, emails, visit your offices, destroy your social media whatever I have to do to get my money back. I have nothing left but time on my hands.terry1818
Inefficient & incorrect reporting
You took 4 days to turn around results. Negative test result early in the day & then sent me a message close to midnight that you reported me as not compliant to my employer. This destroyed my work day forcing me to reschedule everything due to your inefficiency & incompetence in reporting.

Response time is very slow and not 5-7 days as advertised. This company has poos customer service response rate too. I would not order from this company again .tfordtwo
