Can’t turn off notifications per device
Notification settings are set on the app and are pushed to all devices it seems, so even if I have no notifications whatsoever on for this app on my phone, I still get full screen motifications that interrupt what I’m doing because a bird pooped in front of the camera or a spider crawled across it. I reported this to Apple as it seems like a breach of privacy or something like that. If I turn off notifications in my settings, there should be no possibility of an app sending me notifications. Full stop.Won’t stay connected
Picture is gorgeous, setup is easy, cameras are sturdy and nice but the cameras won’t stay connected, I’ve had this set-up for a year now and the cameras won’t stay connected, you have to keep refreshing every 25 minutes or so because they won’t stay connected, then when you try and refresh all they do is buffer for ever. You have to close the app and restart so they will reconnect. Very frustratingSave your money!!!!
This is the worse camera I have ever purchased and have had multiple problems with it. Every few hours I have to refresh the camera and this happens for absolutely no reason!’ It happens in the middle of the night! Whenever I reach out for support they use one excuse after another- or it’s your router or it’s your Wi-Fi or move the base just excuse after excuse! Do not buy this product you will be sorry, does not work well and there is no real support!
