Can’t turn off notifications per device
Notification settings are set on the app and are pushed to all devices it seems, so even if I have no notifications whatsoever on for this app on my phone, I still get full screen motifications that interrupt what I’m doing because a bird pooped in front of the camera or a spider crawled across it. I reported this to Apple as it seems like a breach of privacy or something like that. If I turn off notifications in my settings, there should be no possibility of an app sending me notifications. Won’t stay connected
Picture is gorgeous, setup is easy, cameras are sturdy and nice but the cameras won’t stay connected, I’ve had this set-up for a year now and the cameras won’t stay connected, you have to keep refreshing every 25 minutes or so because they won’t stay connected, then when you try and refresh all they do is buffer for ever. You have to close the app and restart so they will reconnect. Very frustratingTeller feet

This is the worse camera I have ever purchased and have had multiple problems with it. Every few hours I have to refresh the camera and this happens for absolutely no reason!’ It happens in the middle of the night! Whenever I reach out for support they use one excuse after another- or it’s your router or it’s your Wi-Fi or move the base just excuse after excuse! Do not buy this product you will be sorry, does not work well and there is no real support!Hate Wuuk
New update ruined the picture
What happened to the picture? I liked the camera and picture quality until the newest update. Now when I try to zoom in, picture becomes very pixel and can’t zoom in either.

Zoom no longer works properly
For months now, I would have easily rated this a 5. Recently, every time I open a camera view and zoom in, it cuts most of the picture out and only shows the corner of the view. It’s also become somewhat grainy. Not sure if there has been an update recently, but it’s horrible now.S Roper
Latest Update Has Ruined Picture
Apparently there was an update today. Now, anytime I try to zoom in on the video in the app, it shrinks back smaller than it was before and becomes hyper-pixelated. These cameras were worthwhile for how little they cost and the picture was decent enough. It’s just garbage now with this new update. We even pay for the monthly subscription to use their Cloud network. Please fix this bug soon or we’re going to have to switch to a competitor’s system.ShantelleHunter

On 2nd doorbell camera
First one I bought wouldn’t connect with google hub, I returned it and got replacement, this one did connect to my google hub and worked for whole 3w. Now when I tell google to show me front door, google responds sorry I couldn’t reach WUUK labs, or sorry it looks like WUUK labs isn’t available right now, all my other devices that they are on 2.4ghz works just fine. This is too expensive doorbell cam to work this poorly, look for something better.AJP 82
Security for my home
I love my camera because I know what’s going on when I am not there or watching. Plus I have my OWN dome to keep all information on. No iCloud. Best money I have ever spent. Jeanxtrb
this app is BAD
i’ve had the wuuk app for a while now, everytime i try to go back and watch the clips that it records it never works “this video cannot be found” and it’s frustrating when someone comes in my home and i don’t know who it is.xo.gil
