No volume for the camera
There’s volume for the chime, why isn’t there a volume for the camera??
The app is easy to use and the setup is pretty seamless when you turn everything off and turn it back on again.nciau

After 10 months of use the Wuuk I’m pretty happy with it. They’ve seemed to have ironed out most of the bugs. I wired mine to the doorbell power so it doesn’t require charging. Based on other reviews this seems to be the way to go if you have access to it.
I have a couple of requests for the developer:
Please allow for screen rotation so we can view the video feed full screen in landscape orientation.
Also, please release an Apple TV edition so we can monitor the feed through our televisions. Thanks!bampop!

the app is good but you can never look at the camera when you need to.. it doesn’t load up at all and I have gigabit internet. also the doorbell is on a 2.4ghz channel and outside….. so it has terrible reception. it’s 2021, make the doorbell 5ghz available at least.gxbegrxen
Great camera, software errors
It worked great and then all of a sudden started notifying me that someone was at my door every 5 minutes. I changed all the notification settings/sensitivity around to see if that would help, but it kept sending them often when no one was at the door.arkenval889

Horrible Support
App quit working, won’t update & quit connecting to WiFi. Tech support responded once over a month ago, they suggested I update, I advised WiFi quit, no further responses from them. Time to throw this doorbell away & go with a known product that offers support.hotrod🤗
Useless
The WUUK doorbell worked for a couple of months but then just stopped reading or connecting to my internet and now it hasn’t worked for a while.
Won’t ever buy this again, will probably pay the monthly rate for ADT!jet-pack
Charge Me
The doorbell continues to die and I must detach and charge often. This also requires another set up. This doorbell is really nice, but the charging and having to reconnect every week makes this doorbell a nuisance. I really wish I didn’t waste my money on this product.
