Good App, Good Cameras
The App does just what it was made for. It’s good for reviewing videos and deleting the unnecessary footage. The battery on the cameras are amazing and they last very long.
The downside to the system has to do with the connection types for the basestation. I found that when you’re using the wireless connection the response from the basestation is quite slow. When you get a notification, you can’t get the footage by just clicking the on the notification. Had to go into the app to search for the footage.
However when the basestation is connected via a wired connection, this problem is completely solved.
Overall, a few improvements could make WUUK the best complete home security system. If they could add window and door monitors to their collection, it would be awesome. Also if they could strengthen the wireless connection it would be great.Successman007
Extra security at a reasonable price
I just installed my WUUK camera and was having difficulty getting it activated. I called customer service and they went above and beyond in their efforts to help me out.
As for the camera, it seems to work exactly as I expected, the picture is clear, I am able to control the camera without difficulty, i can zoom in very easily. I would recommend this camera to my family.sig1222222222222

Wi-Fi Connection
I have a decent amount of cameras/ smart home devices throughout my home. for some reason this camera always loses connection when nothing else has and it’s one I tend to use the most to keepAnnoy25
Doesn’t work
Device doesn’t recognize my WiFi password so it won’t connect. :-(Simplywine68
Could be better
Overall the app functions good, but the motion tracking and motion notifications are very inconsistent. I’d also appreciate the ability to sea playback more as clips rather than a sliding view along a timeline. The reason is due to the video playback telling me there is no video when there is. It’s hard to line up the line on the blue, too, unless there’s a wide column. The 15 second forward and reverse also caused you to miss beginnings and tail ends of clips due to all of these.Mocking_jay323
Works well. But some improvements
Cameras work quite well. Pretty responsive to controls, silent too. Night vision seems pretty darn good for the value. Nice to have multiple cameras on one network and able to view/control them from afar.
Couple things to consider. Needs 5ghz support.
Despite having indicator lights selected off, indicator light comes back on every time I wake them the cameras, or when I plug them back in.
