  • Stretches are good, sales need improvement

The actual stretches are great- they've helped reduce pain in my muscles caused by lack of activity.

The sales team needs to improve. I've been given incorrect information multiple times which has caused me to lose credits which is equivalent loss in the hundreds of dollars. I was told unused monthly credits roll into the next month - which is not true because they do not roll unless you speak to someone and request them be rolled. Then found out they don't all roll and only a limited number roll. Another time Iwas told the credits i purchased did not expire - to later find out they did. I also i had to tell the sales people to stop calling to either sell me new credits or schedule appointments. The frequency of calls were excessive.

  • Best day ever !

I came up stretch lab on Monday July 1,2024. Instagram sent me an offer to be evaluated for my sciatic pain and I met Sarina and spent an hour with her that was pure magic. I felt so much better and now I’m hooked. I will be going back for more and more.
  • Takes days to log in

When I open the app, I have to log in everytime. It never accepts my password so I have to through the password reset process everytime. The link takes about 30 minutes to appear in my email. Then when it finally arrives and change my password, the password is rejected because the link expired. This process is continued constantly until I finally get logged in. To summarize it takes days to log in everytime.

  • Willard Blair Kalthoff

I had a cranial aneurysm (07-21)and was paralyzed on my left side. I have managed to lose the hospital bed, wheelchair, walker. My nest goal is to lose the cane.

*This has been the hardest assistance tool to have give up or lose. I am seeing a major difference in my strength and walking ability since joining stretchLab. My goal is to eventually return to light jogging and continue to work out as much as possible which at this time is seven days a week some days medium to very light, Somedays treadmill and bike only. StretchLab has given me back my confidence, that I will be able to return to normal activity in the future. I recommend anyone with an ailment, give Stretch Lab serious consideration. everyone has been very professional while maintaining their good senses of humor with me, by the grace of God, I will walk without assistance.

  • Unreliable, Expensive, and Poor Customer Suport

The stetching itself was nice - a bit expensive overall in my opinion. But the location where I signed up was really unreliable. They weren’t able to post schedules to the app and advised me to call or come in to schedule, but several times when I tried to stop in during what should have been normal business hours they were closed and no one answered the phone. And the ‘flexologists’ would turn over every other week. I paid close to $600 for 3 months (4x25 min sessions per month) and I wasn’t even able to use the last month. Now I guess they ‘got’ me with an auto-renewal at a higher price because even though my card expired they sent me an email saying that I owe them $194. What a headache. I suggest just doing some yoga instead.

  • Shared membership

I now have a shared membership with my son but I cannot see my appointments in the app. The studio can’t seem to figure out how to fix this - do we use the same log in or have separate log ins ? Two email addresses for one shared membership? I only see his appointments and can only book his appointments on the app. I have to call or schedule mine in person which is crazy. Help!!

  • The App is horrible

This review is about the app, not StretchLab itself, which is great! The app is clunky and difficult to use. It does not accurately reflect the ‘credits’ in order to book stretch sessions, and, in spite of having a 3 month membership which we’ve already paid for, it will not allow us to schedule stretches beyond the current calendar month. Skip the app and just call the StretchLab directly to schedule your sessions and review your account.

  • Best way to get your flexibility

I joined stretch lab two months ago and since then my flexibility has really imposed. They know what they are doing. The app is very user friendly. Plus they accept fsa and hsa cards. Cant get any better. Do yourself a favor… check them out.
  • Lack of follow up

I started very enthusiastically with this program and this diminish after a couple of months. My instructor has not contacted me after my last booked session. Apparently, he goy sick and was absent. No follow up since then and because I am a business owner and my schedule is demanding, my inability to schedule sessions has been hampered which caused me to lose one oaid session. I have 4 remaining sessions and cannot book the same instructor because he either has no open schedule or is working less hours. I want to use the 4 remaining sessions then cancel my membership immediately after my last one.

In total fairness, I like the program, and my instructor did good work with me. The facility is clean and spotless and overall the staff was friendly. It's just the lack of follow up, especially knowing there are additional sessions to be booked. At the very least, there should be some conscientious effort. to look over clients who have a regular schedule and do a follow up when it appears the customer has abruptly stopped coming and has not booked any time.

As a business owner, I make sure my staff is on top of customer service and clients are treated with care and support. The lack of follow up is indicative of the company culture ans typical of subscription based businesses.

  • Buggy App

The app can be a pain to sign into. You have to select your gym location to log in or change your password--and it defaulted to an incorrect location for me. Even after fixing this, the tool will send you a password reset email, but when you enter the password, it says the password reset link is invalid.
