Love StretchLab but not the App
First off I love StretchLab and I’m feeling so much more flexibility after 3 weeks.
I have found the app frustrating. I bought the package that includes 4 stretches. I’ve used those and am trying to purchase more through the app but it says I’m already part of a plan and won’t let me add extra credits, and therefore, book more sessions. I end up having to call or go to the place to make additional bookings.Show lessWise chic
Great for Seniors
At 76,I found it challenging to get up from floor exercise.Also exercise on my knees is painful.Getting stretched while lying on a table has increased my flexibility and reduced pain.Staff members are well trained and become friendly partners in improving overall health.I look forward to my sessions and never feel pushed to go beyond my comfort zone.Glad Stretch Lab is here.Show lessCandy 929
Bad app though Stretch Lab is great.
I enjoy going to StretchLab. I’ve received a lot of benefit from it and everyone there has been super helpful. That said…I can’t book appointments from my app. It doesn’t sync with my available credits. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing changes. I may end up canceling my membership because it’s very inconvenient for me to have to call to book an appointment or reschedule one via phone.Show lessNorth Texas Mom
Contacting tech support through app
The app is very easy and intuitive to use. Everything is self explanatory for the most part. Recently, the app stopped syncing to any calendar (Stock Apple calendar, Google calendar) and I wanted to contact tech support. There seems to be no method of “contact us” through the app.Deejal

Today was Tanner’s first visit at StretchLab and it was amazing!! Arisa was great! He was comfortable and felt amazing afterwards!! We will definitely be back. The only negative thing is that masks are required. We haven’t worn masks in months and were not planning on wearing them ever again. Reinstated my sessions
Incredible customer service across the board!!! I couldn’t have any stretch sessions because I was having a few surgeries this summer. I didn’t realize that the sessions expired but the incredible front desk person reinstated my sessions. THANK YOU FOR THE INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! Gordonsatchellcody1

Terrible app
All screens seem to lead to signing in but there is no screen to sign up. So sorry I don’t understand how you set up an account and password. I’ve been in person and had a session. I bought a package. But this app is useless.Jchamp06
