  • They doubled our payment without permission

    Without authorization Houzz Pro doubled our payment on our credit card. I contacted them months ago to correct this error and our rep Caryn keeps telling me that she’s looking into it with her team, but nothing happens. Buyer beware.
  • Never USE THIS APP

    This all will charge you $329 for nothing they support team doesn’t know where are the managers, however you can’t cancel the subscription

    I am reaching out to Apple Store support to get this app down due to FRAUD, this is a scammers don’t ever even download this app please
  • I highly advise to think if you’re using Houzz pro

    I highly advise against using Houzz Pro. This platform has caused significant issues for my business. They changed my plan without my permission and charged me extra fees for services I did not authorize. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was met with unhelpful responses and no resolution. Additionally, they suspended my account, which completely cut off my access to critical project information and client details. This has resulted in losing an important client due to missed deadlines and the inability to access necessary data. To make matters worse, Houzz Pro refuses to refund the charges, even though I am clearly dissatisfied with their service. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has negatively impacted my business. I strongly recommend looking for alternative platforms that respect their customers and provide reliable support.

  • Fraud,scam,and horrible customer service

    I regret that I didn’t do a good research about Houzz Pro Lead. I signed the 12 month contract on Las Vegas KBIS show. The salesman was very nice to sell the leads program. Since I don’t want to lock in a contract,he told me I can get out of the contract as soon as I stop paying the bills nor if I’m out of business. I stupidly believed him. After 3 month trying the problem, I didn’t get any leads. When I try to contact the sales he disappeared. I contacted everyone I can from Houzz and explained what the sale told me on the show. They replied me with the contract I signed which means I can not cancel the service. Pretty horrible sale team and customer service support. It costs me $700 monthly for nothing. Stay away from this company! They just want take your money without any responsibility.

  • This is the worst company ever!

    I never go out of my way to write a review but I must warn people about this company. I can write a novel about how bad this company and customer service is but I will try and keep it short. When I first got signed up I was told that they would be able to provide me with plenty of leads. They also told me the average company in my area spends roughly $400/mo and if I spend more then I would have better success. So I signed up at $719/mo and in 10 months I’ve received less than 25 leads! 😂 it’s laughable at this point. I’ve received the worst customer service. Christoper Sotier, Sophia Chyun, and their boss Emily are the worst representatives of a company that I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER treat any of my customers the way they treated me and my concerns. NEVER! I had really high hopes when I signed up, I thought it couldn’t get any worse than Angie’s ads and leads but this company by far was worse. For $719/mo there are much better option so please do your research before signing up!

    If they call don’t even answer it. I was told there was no trial and the only way to demo their product was to sign up for a membership. I signed up for this and tried the software. I wasn’t impressed and tried to cancel the same day I signed up. I got no response and when I finally did they just transferred me around from person to person, this lasted months till they couldn’t anymore. Now they say they can’t cancel my membership because I signed a contract. They can cancel this, they are choosing not to. This is a terrible company running a scam, they got me for over $3k and could care lesss about any of us or actually helping a business be successful. Stay as far away from these thieves and con artists as you can, they will lie and steal everything they can.

  • Wrongly charged my credit card

    I downloaded and subscribed to this app as it says the first month was free. I was immediately charged $99 as soon as I subscribed. I will never understand how companies just outright lie. Apple gave me my money back
  • Avoid this app

    I highly recommend against this app. Sure, there are a lot of “free trials” out there that make you put in a credit card number, and then you forget to cancel in time, and then they charge you. Be warned, this app will charge you $199 per month, and if you cancel even a minute after your renewal, they will stick to their terms and screw you out of your money even though you don’t want to use their service. I was unfortunately on vacation in Mexico at the time my trial was expiring so I missed it when it came through. I cancelled probably 7 or 8 hours after the renewal deadline when I finally saw it. Like I said, I would avoid this app like the plague. Also, besides the money scam, this app is so-so in terms of features. They are trying to create a “do everything” app, and the end result comes out weak.

  • Don’t subscribe.

    Don’t subscribe to their plan. It’s expensive and they get contractors to compete with each other. Competition isn’t an issue when everyone is on the same level, but they allow bottom of the barrel contractors to sign up. They also tell you that they don’t get multiple contractors on one lead, but it’s not true. Trying to cancel subscription is such a hassle which is the way they i tended it to be.

  • Scam alert!

    Fraudulent company! Don’t sign on to their lead service. Beware of the contract auto renewal. Not an effective marketing tool, I receive leads that are 300 miles away from me and many in a different state. If you complain they will manufacture fake leads to appease you. Obvious fake leads, same email and message but different names and of course not a real person at the end of it. I’m being forced to spend over $10k for two years of this garbage. I contacted them prior to my auto renewal to cancel the service but because I didn’t jump thru all the specific hoops they require in the terms and conditions it didn’t cancel. Now they are basically laughing and saying I’m locked in a contract and there’s nothing they can do. STAY AWAY.
