  • This App saved me as a client!

    Kaleb and Terri literally did in 30 minutes what could not be accomplished in 3 phone calls and HOURS on hold. They actually HELPED me with a kind, reassuring demeanor. I was choosing any other Insurance when my time came up in October. I was that disappointed and upset. This App was my last resort before I deleted it all together. I will FOREVER choose this App and the helpful human beings that work there over CALLING any day of the week! I am actually in AWE that they wanted to help and they DID. So grateful!!! God Bless Kaleb and Terri. I hope HealthChoice realizes what true treasures you both are!

  • Excellent!!!

    This app has been extremely helpful in every way I can possibly think of when it comes to any questions, etc. I had a ton of questions and was helped by a very nice young lady earlier in the day and at night I had more questions and was helped by Kaleb who was extremely nice and knew how to answer every question I had.

  • Questions about imaging and deductible

    Kaleb was very helpful and made it very easy for me to understand what my plan does and does not cover; even offering suggestions within healthchoice app to find answers. It’s after 6:30pm and it was a complete ease of mind to know someone was available to talk to me and help with my questions! Thank you!

  • Response is timely and helpful

    I have used the app several times over the last year and each encounter has been helpful and beneficial to me. I’ve been using the app for two years and it has helped me locate providers, get benefit questions answered, and quick access to the medical card. I had easy and very odd questions and each one was answered professionally and the follow-through was wonderful. I am very thankful for the app they do a great job. The last person who help me was Janessa, she did not have the answer to my issue but connected me to the right person who was able to help me. I’ve had great results with their custome service.

  • Helpfulness

    I cannot say enough about how helpful this app and all of the employees I’ve encountered since I started using it. I’ve asked about dental and cataract eye surgery and costs to what is covered and finding a doctor in network, 0 cost or low cost. Everyone has been amazing and took the time to ask questions that got down to what I really needed. I even have follow up after they sent referral to make sure I was contacted by the doctor, asked how my appointment went and when I said I was having surgery, they contacted me to see how I was doing post surgery. Angie checked on me after surgery and again today when I didn’t respond for several days. It’s a great experience and easy to use.

  • Great customer service

    Was needing information on if a certain procedure is covered, with it being nearly 8pm and I wanted to get it scheduled in the morning I wanted to see if the chat option was something I could use to get that information! I had a great CSR, Kaleb was great help! He was able to inform me of the coverage and if the doctor I was planning to use was in network. Very helpful! I didn’t know this feature was this useful till now!

  • Message Option is a game changer!

    My daughter is out of state visiting friends & needed to see a provider. We decided to use the message option in the app. The experience was easy, quick and informative. Terri was fantastic to chat with & went above & beyond to help me out. In under 5 minutes I had all the info I needed along with links & telephone numbers to get us going.

    I love this app. Not only do you have access to all your information & EOBs, the chat feature that connects you to care guides is top notch. They respond promptly and will look into anything you ask. If they can’t help you, they’ll tell you who you may need to speak with or reach out to. Kevin did a great job answering all my questions today. He and all the other care guides I’ve chatted with have all been super helpful. It’s perfect not having to call in and listen to some automated system and be put on hold for what feels like forever.

  • Kaleb was great!

    I am getting a sleep study done and realized I hadn’t checked to see how much that was going to cost me. Kaleb was able to look at what I’ve spent so far this year and give me an idea of where my out of pocket costs might be. He also referred me to look at the $0 procedures. I don’t need any of those but if I do in the future, I’ll start there. Thanks so much!

  • Okay, but prefer telephone

    I have to say that Kevin has been very patient and worked well with me on the app to schedule a CT. I just think this could’ve been done in about three phone calls, over a few days, rather than over a couple of weeks. Kevin has been great, though!

    I was quite disappointed in using the app to clear up a billing error. The fact is — TeacherJustthe app was of no help at all.
