  • Andrea is the best!

    I have finally got a hold of a representative, Andrea, that has gone far and beyond to help me! I have been very disappointed for months with trying to get information from HealthChoice and the chat line since I have relocated to a different state. Andrea has been patient with my many questions and has answered them in a fast and efficient manner. She has gone the extra mile to help me with network providers. Thank you Andrea!

  • HealthChoice app

    I can’t thank Andrea enough for helping me today. I’ve been trying to get information about a boot cast and MRI. Not much luck until I tried this app. Thank Heavens Andrea was there to answer all of my questions and walk me through this process. I can’t believe how fast and easy this was! Thanks again Andrea!

    Andrea helped me again today and she was amazing! So helpful and professional! I am SO IMPRESSED!

  • Message Center

    I decided to try out the message center on the app and send a question in to a care coordinator about benefits. My husband was having surgery and I needed clarification on coverage for such. I had never used this message process on the app before but gave it a try! I have 3 small children and trying to communicate on the phone with someone important is nearly impossible! This process made it so much easier as a mom and Terri was wonderful to work with! She got my questions answered quickly and was very kind! I will definitely be using this again!

  • Great help

    My orthopedic doctor retired and I was having trouble with my neck and shoulder. I got on the app to chat with a care guide. Tiffany was awesome! She sent me a list of doctors in the network for me to review them set me up an appointment when I decided which doctor I wanted to use. I needed 2 MRI’s and she was quick to help me get that set up and save money in the process. I will continue to use the app from now on so I can get the best care without spending a ton of money.

  • Helpful staff

    There are some (mostly aesthetic) problems with the functionality of the app itself. It’s not super intuitive. However, no matter what my question is, I can message the staff and get an immediate response from (what seems to be) a real person. I had been needing a breast pump for returning to work, and Devon helped me out with contracting my provider. While I’m waiting, I was sent a list of options to look at and choose from.
    This app is ABSOLUTELY a fantastic alternative to having to call and be placed on hold for endless hours!

  • Love this app

    I am a therapist and can not always get to my phone when a provider/nurse is calling. Its frustrating playing phone tag! I love using the app b/c I can stop my conversation and come back to it. I needed to schedule my daughter for an MRI and my app notified me that I could get those free. I texted on the app and Olivia the CSR helped me immediately. When I had to stop and answer a phone call, I could easily come back to the conversation, no problem. Olivia got me hooked up with a $0 MRI, thank you!!!

  • Outstanding service!

    I just asked if a certain procedure would be covered for HealthChoice select benefits. The promptness of the reply and help I received from Devan was wonderful! She answered my questions and sent me a choice of Doctors I could use, I chose one and now she will send in my referral. After I hear back from the Doctor’s office, I will in turn, let her know, and she will follow up for me. So easy!

  • Great option for communication

    I have used the app to access general benefit information and I like that option. I used the app for the first time to communicate with someone about specifics to my plan. Olivia was very thorough and helpful! This is a much better option than getting placed on hold or listening to a list of menu options on the phone. I’m a big fan of all this app has to offer.

  • Excellent Customer Service

    This app is a game changer in health care. I message my care guide each time I have a medical need. They are quick to answer (regardless of day and time) and always make sure I’m satisfied before ending the conversation. When I have completed an appointment they always touch base with me to see how it went and if they can be of any more help. Recently, I worked with Andrea. She helped me secure $0 care and was extremely polite. I highly recommend using this app.

  • Very Helpful Staff

    I was frustrated with an issue with my plan. I sent a message through the app, and was quickly speaking with my care guide, Andrea. Andrea helped me understand the issue, and offered to follow up with me.

    To my pleasant surprise, Andrea followed up, as she said she would, and continued to help me and keep me informed (over several weeks) on what I needed to do.

    I honestly didn’t expect that level of attention to my case from a single person, and was genuinely impressed with Andrea’s diligence while working with me. Much appreciated!
