The chat with a Care Guide is most helpful portion of the app. Being able to talk 1:1 with someone about providers, plans, and benefits helps you feel supported. I went so long without having insurance and didn’t really understand how to chose a plan. I feel more educated about what my insurance can provide for me and what decisions I make. Extremely helpful customer service
I messaged HealthChoice today for information about a procedure that I’m needing. The customer service employee that helped me was April. She went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information that I needed. She was polite and very professional. I greatly appreciate that, you don’t often see it in today’s world. MRI needed
My doctor wanted me to get an MRI in between mammograms because I am high risk for breast cancer. After paying over $300 out of pocket last year with double insurance, I checked into the HealthChoice app, chatted with a representative (Terri) who gave me directions on how to go about getting the next one at no charge to me. After following her directions, I checked back into the chat and Chad helped set everything up. The entire procedure went smoothly yesterday. I have received excellent service & answers from Jerrod, my app responder. He took several bill charges & questions I was trying to find the answers on and resolved my issues. So today I went to the doctor and found out I need to have small procedure done soon. My husband told me to try the app and asked any questions regarding providers and financial assistance. I just recently downloaded this app and it has been amazing! I recently lost my prescription card and needed to know what to do to get my script and Kaleb not only gave me all the info I needed and more, he also responded immediately! This is my first time using the app. I had tried to find the information I needed online through the website, but I was having some trouble locating it. I am in the middle of a job and insurance plan change and needed help finding an in network provider for some medical testing ASAP. Very user friendly !
I had the best experience using a care coordinator. Andrea was the best ! Not only did she respond quickly, she helped me with questions, made sure I understood the procedure and the coverage I was or was not expected to pay. She also checked on me after my surgery. It was nice knowing I had a personal care giver on my side throughout the entire process.
