  • Quite happy

From the e-learning to the hands on experience everyone and everything that represents PADI is beyond excellent. The app is easy to go through and allows you to take training on the go or show your certifications easily without having to carry you card all the time. Strongly recommend this for those who utilize their phones often or for those who want an easier way to track dives.
  • PADI is worth $700 million and is completely useless

I feel like PADI is gouging us at this point. They were sold in 2017 for $700 million and I still have to pay for their garbage software. I pay for an eCard even though I’ve had an eCard in my account previously, but then it disappears from my account. Then when I get my new one the interface is broken so it doesn’t actually display anything in the app so I can’t go diving. I should have stuck with SSI.
  • PADI training

It was amazing & a new experiment for me especially seeing existence undewater with a new view & point👌🏻🐠
I hope I'll experience diving again in different places & countries as soon as possible.
    tnx for your good services🙏🏻🌺
  • Worthless

Padi’s deliberate efforts to avoid paying Apple’s cut for a digital e-card puts the user through a bunch of pointless hoops. We’ve already paid for certification and just want an e-card and I’d even be willing to IAP it, but the separate website with needing to upload resized images down to 350kb or less is just too much effort. I’ll just have the dive shop look up my cert if I forget my physical card.
  • Great support!

Had some issues accessing my card, and customer support helped out right away. Nice app and they let you download your scuba card so you don't meed internet access when your on an island
  • Log book is not functional

Whether it is the app or the website directly, (from a desktop pc). I can log in fine but the logbook won’t load. Can’t log dives or view dive history. Good thing this isn’t the only place I keep them.
  • Super Dissapointed

It really shows that they don’t care much for their apps, there isn’t even really a point to having this downloaded even since it doesn’t really do anything for you. The e cards often glitch and are hard to even get on there, not to mention they make you pay offsite of the app “against apples App Store rules” and the app doesn’t have any features that even make it worth being installed on my phone. Even their dive community isn’t something that’s on this app “scuba earth” and no to mention that’s another failed design because you can’t do anything ok that “social website” either .. come on PADI ..

    Developer Response

I am very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your experience in the PADI app. We would love the opportunity to address your concerns in the hopes of improving the app. Please feel free to contact us directly at webmaster@padi.com and we would be happy to assist further Looking forward to working with you!
  • Doesn’t let me download eCards

There is a downloaded e-cards page that’s says “you can download your eCards here for offline use” but there is no download button when viewing you eCards??? The side even has instructions for downloading that says “ YoU caN DOWNloaD THe pADi aPP tO accESs YOUr eCaRDS. aFteR LAuncHing the PaDi APp, LOGin wITh YOur sInGle sigN ON eMAiL aDDREss And pASSword, SeLEcT THE Padi ECards buttON, tHEN upDAtE.” But guess what that doesn’t work either
  • Nice marketing. Useless app

Full of PADI marketing and some limited useful content. Unfortunately this is the only way to get and save your eCards. For the most part I have gone to simply saving a copy of my cards in iBooks which makes them easy to access any time. I was hoping that with a new app PADI would actually add some useful content and easier navigation, but this looks like they just spent all their time making a prettier interface.
  • Absolute garbage

The app is the single buggiest thing I’ve ever used, eCards are an absolute joke and cost way too much. Any PADI dive center can look you up without a card, so why would I pay for each card and cert? As to the app, assuming you can successfully create an account (doubtful) there are a ton of better apps to use. For what PADI charges for their “specialties” you’d think they’d be able to hire a software developer that didn’t get their qualifications from a Cracker Jack box.
