Tons of variety

I love this app. When I don’t feel like doing programming for myself it allows me to do pretty much any type of workout. So much variety. Love the app!

This app strikes the best balance between the right amount of efforts for your level and it does so in straightforward, diverse workouts

Tailored workout that fits your needs

Done 5 different workouts and really enjoying this app. You can customize the voice, music, length of the workout as well as time intervals, rest, warm up and cool down lengths and intensity. Select options to use bands and weights if you have them but aren’t necessary. Randomly generated each time so you don’t get bored but spliced together seamlessly. Give this one a try

Don’t be intimidated

Been sedentary for longer than I care to admit. Started with a level 0 15 min workout and it was perfect for my low fitness level. Just what I needed.

Excellent and efficient

I really love this app for its versatility and efficiency. Get a quick effective work out in whatever time you have available. The moves take a little getting used to but they are very creative and require keeping focus. Love it!

Been using it for 4 year 6-7 times a week. Love the variety it offers and the flexibility I can have by changing the time of my exercise! Definitely recommend!

Great app for all needs

Absolutely great to improve cardiovascular health and toning down muscles. I'm really enjoying the free subscription for students since it is quite hard to make a living as a student when you also try to save a money
