Exactly what I was looking for

10 min hiit workouts, I'm on a free trail for now so i will see how is it in few weeks.
I love the idea of short workouts as I’m super busy.

Home workouts that feel like gym classes

I know you can just go on you tube and watch work outs but these are so much better you get to pick how long , and which areas to focus on and the type of yoga I’m a big hatha fan so holding poses is my bag. Also can’t stress how important it is to find the right motivational voice or rather not having a voice that makes you think nope! Lol great app loving hiit and yoga Also the calendar so you can see when you’ve done a workout is motivating

BEST. APP. EVER!

I couldn’t hesitate to tell everyone how INCREDIBLE this app is!!
I’ve been a long-time yogi, both in person and online - but the DownDog app is honestly the GREATEST!
Very affordable! So much versatility!!
I am beyond impressed! I tell EVERYONE about this app!
Equally as impressed with the HIIT and meditation options as well!!

Fabulous

We use this app to supplement our running and biking fitness. We don’t have time for gym now that we have kids so we use the app most nights. Workouts can be customised so many ways and are easy to follow. Great explanations and variety. No matter how long you have, there is a great workout waiting for you. The movements get rid of my many aches and pains which is a nice bonus.

Excellent

I’ve used this app regularly for years now & it keeps getting better. Effective, customizable, reliable, downloadable for offline access & great customer service. And no unnecessary app tracking. I use HIIT & yoga all the time & will get into the running soon. 10/10 would recommend

Tutorial

A tutorial for all exercises would be beneficial.

Beginner again

I really like the way the user is able to customize their workout. I wasn’t seeing the workout I was looking for so I adjusted upper and lower body focus to suit my needs. Starting at just a quick 12 minutes makes it easy to convince myself to get it done. Looking forward to seeing where this app takes me :)

Very good app!

This app is great! I’ve been using the down dog yoga app for a while and decided to try out the hit app today.
There are several different difficulties to choose from, so despite being fairly out of shape, I could Taylor this work out specifically for my level.
As I write this, I am covered in sweat and feeling stronger.

Best workout apps

Many choice for many sports HIIT, Yoga, ballet... like it!

Almost perfect…

Whenever I choose the Tabata workout, it only uses two exercises… however, when I have it on ‘let us choose’ and tabata is chosen, you use more exercises…. (This is loads better)

Please can you update the software so that when we choose tabata it actually uses more than two exercises? It’s much better this way, it gets boring if we’re just repeating the same two exercises for ages.

Other than that, it’s a great app.
