Update: Irving, it is NOT easy to do because it literally doesn’t work. Even your associates tell customers that Mobil Pay doesn’t work. Please work on fixing the problem rather than blaming customers.
The pay function does not work on this app. I’ve spent over an hour on the phone with three different customer “service” agents ensuring it is all set up properly. They say it should be working. I’ve tried it in multiple stores are every single clerk responds with “oh, the app payment doesn’t work”. My Cumberland Farms app works perfectly every time. Why bother advertising if they’re not going to fix this?Show lessAndrewNH5

And it is easy to do! Just log in to your Irving Debit Pay account in the app, and you can use Mobile Pay. I used the pay function at the pump once and I was able to complete the transaction. I tried using it a few weeks later and the app asked me to sign in and enter my password. As I do not remember all of my passwords and did not have it with me, I just gave up. Should be simpler.pep1284746

Initially finding locations on the app was a problem . So I uninstalled it and reinstalled it . Problem solved .
I like the security with using the app as opposed to the card . I said about time because other gas stations had app to pump usage previously. Glad Irving does now .McG$

So easy to pay with my phone at the pump. No need to hunt for my Irving card just open the app put in pump number and hit pay. Love itAlex5956

I have recently started using the mobile pay at pump feature. What a great benefit! I can sit in my vehicle, out of the weather, and have the pump ready to go by the time I get to it. I have only once had any issue at all, the app didn’t want to locate me correctly, or at all actually, but I signed out and signed in again, and it worked okay. Overall, very convenient in these Maine winters.Show lessLclaurie
