Garbage.
I am so sick and tired of regional gas companies having the absolute lowest tier of app. It assigns you an invalid loyalty number, therefore you cannot create a loyalty account in the app. I was going to make Irving a stop on my daily commute, as I’m sure this app intends for me to do with the savings and such, but now I just won’t. Thank you for your feedback. The numbers you see in the loyalty card field are only the first few digits of the loyalty number. This was meant to save you from having to enter the entire card #. As we recognize this can be confusing, we are looking to make changes to this field in the future. We do hope you will come back and give it a try.Not a good app
This app is more of a waste of space on your phone. It doesn’t do much, I can’t upload my card to Apple Pay and use it that way. Why can’t I just use my phone number instead of a card like everywhere else if that’s the case. The pumps are equipped with tap and pay but if I do that I can’t use my rewards. It needs more discounts for people who use the app.Show lessBc_207

This app is useless. I can’t even create a login or an account. Not sure why when I start to try to sign up it automatically puts in an account number. Then when I fill out all of my info it says account number is invalid. Yeah no kidding because I have no idea where that number is coming from! Lost my business Irving.Show lessHammersean

absolutely unusable
the app does not work. you will spend 20 minutes at the pump just trying to get it to work before giving up and getting gas somewhere else. DONT BOTHERjobethomas
Invalid credentials
I created an account but was never actually able to get passed the sign in part as it kept saying invalid credentials tried to change password can’t find the account so I deleted the appepiqallison
Absolutely pointless
What is the point of this app if you can’t even use their non-stop advertised debit pay? I guess I’ll be (reluctantly) sticking with Cumberland Farms.fourmilesfromthemainland
Invalid credentials
A few days after downloading and utilizing the app it’s no longer allowing me to log onto view my rewards. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, changed my login credentials, and have tried to troubleshoot to no avail. It was working great the first couple of days and now there is no way for me to get in to see my reward progress or track my tickets receive through email.Show lessIncorrectlocation1234

First off I didn’t get my 30 cents off a gallon until I emailed complaining to them!
Secondly, I go once a week, same day every week to fill my car! I went and filled up an paid $85.00, okay great! Two days later I’m in my checking account and see I was charged yet AGAIN for $85.00 in gas!!! Nope avoid this scam!Show lessSierraJPothier
Disappointed in your app and website
Yesterday I spent over an hour trying to get my information online then put my card in account not found tried resetting same problem I have to agree with the previous review Cumberland is user friendlymmmazzi
