  • Convenient and fast

    Thank you for providing a simple solution app to track rewards progress and pay for my fill ups while enjoying my rewards and Irving Debit discounts card-free.

  • Rewards card

    I have use the rewards card for a long Time I mostly use the app to get my gas . Lately it has not been showing my gallons so I don’t know when I have the 10 cents . So the other day I used the card to get gas and the 10 cents off popped up. I als took the app out and put it back in and it still doesn’t work right. I like using the app so I would like for it to work properly.

  • The most frustrating app I’ve ever had to deal with.

    I got my rewards card from my local Irving station, then when I get the app I add my card info and for some reason the card number on my account on the app doesn’t match the number on the card. I try to use it at the pump multiple times and all I get is “welcome rewards member!” Then continue to pay with my card, my earnings have not showed up in the app. So I decide to try to start over. I delete my Irving account entirely and get a new card from my station, when I enter my email I now get invalid credentials, or this email has already been used. So now I can’t even use rewards unless what, I create a whole new email? I deleted the account. It should not still be an active account that I can’t use the same email again. I emailed the support adress listed on the app twice, and no response. I guess I will just go to other gas stations to refuel.

  • Simple app to track rewards.

    The app is simple to use. I always know what my rewards balance is. I enjoy using the app to pay and look forward to when I can use it at more locations which I am told is coming soon.

  • Difficult

    It doesn’t give you any instructions on how to sign up.

    Hello, Apologies for the confusion regarding signing up for Irving Rewards and for the delay in our response to your feedback. Without knowing your specific experience, we’ll share a few notes that will hopefully prove to be helpful for you. If you don’t have an Irving Rewards card yet: You can pick one up at an Irving location or go to irvingoil.com/rewards and click “sign up now.” You’ll be able to request for a card to be sent to you from that sign-up form. *Please note: You will not be able to sign up and request a card from the app. You’ll have to go to the website to access that feature. If you do have an Irving Rewards card: You can either register your Irving Rewards card on the home screen of the app to create an account which will enable you to log in with your new username and password. OR If you have set up your Irving Rewards account already, you can log in from the home screen of the app. Thank you for allowing us to help make this better.   • Just a poor app and a scam

    I set up the Irving Debit Pay on the app and can’t use it because every single Irving in my area says they accept the Debit Pay option, but in fact don’t. They advertise it with the reduced price on their sign, but you have no way of actually getting that price. And the employees in the store aren’t trained on how to get that price. The manager at my local station said it’s just there to get people to the pump.

  • Limited functionality

    It would be nice to see from the locations screen whether a particular station accepts the mobile pay feature of this app, and also the prices of each station are very rarely posted. Was hoping not to have to pull out my rewards card at every irving station but can’t really tell until I’m at the station whether I can pay with my phone, and very few seem to provide this feature anyway. This app could be so much more.

    Thank you so much for your feedback. Gas prices is a feature we are looking to roll out in the future! Currently, Mobile Pay availability does display for the sites that offer it today. We are continuing to roll out to new sites. If you have any additional comments or feedback please reach out!
  • Unbelievable

    I tried to register for debit pay by setting up for rewards but it keeps saying “invalid rewards number “- this is a number provided for you at the top of the registration page, NOT one I placed there AND you can’t delete it!!!
    Don’t bother using this app- small wonder the app gets a 2/5 rating 🤪

  • Don’t lose your card

    Lost my card. Can’t cancel the old one. Can’t log onto the website to update anything or even get a new one. Went through the process to change the password. (Which can only be done through the app-website acts like it will, but doesn’t send the email it says it will). App will let you change it and then it doesn’t work anymore. And yes, I know what I used. Unfortunately no more Irving’s for me……….:(

  • The year is 2023

    This app is horrendous. Fire the developer and hire the Exxon/Mobile or the Cumberland Farms app developers immediately. The linking of the app to your account should be seemless and it is not. Where is Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay? If it isn’t fully operational, stop and don’t release it. I deleted the app from my phone.
