Could use improvements
I would love support to pay from my phone like Cumberland Farms. It’s a pain to have to carry a card with me and sometimes the pump can’t even read my card. The app already uses location services. In store deals in the app would be welcomed as well. The Cumberland Farms app has a hands down much better gas loyalty program.Show lessTigzola

Pay not available
Called Zipline and verified my account is linked and I should be above to use the app to pay but it says New Functionality Coming Soon. What’s the point of the app then?
I don’t have this issue with the other account linked to Zipline.

Waste of time
Won’t let me reset my password because it says my account doesn’t exist, but won’t let me set up an account because it says I’m already registered! Stuck in a horrible unhelpful loop of frustration!Sue24Bec
Horrendous — Avoid Like The Plague!!!
Tried to sign up for Irving Pay and they asked for my SNN and Driver's License number. Okay, never had to do that with any other app. I went ahead and also added my checking account. But I still couldn't pay at the pump with the app. Called customer service and spent an hour on the phone and was told I was verified, all set, and ready to go. Nope. Same issue. Irving Pay not set up.

Right out the gate, too many rules for creating a password. Don’t want to link to my checking account because I have credit cards that gives me cash back. Ditch the whole physical card game and let us enter our number at the pump like Shell stations do.KAL82TTT
Terrible app
Worst app ever. Try to login. Wrong credentials. Ok, reset the password. Won’t let me reset - “account not found”. Ok, set up new account! No, that account already exists. So, basically, nothing. Totally uselessKvonstac
Frustrating and dysfunctional
My email is already registered to an account, as is the account number, but when I try to log in, the password is incorrect. I try to change the password, but the account doesn’t exist.rukauf
Is it an App or a Card?
Downloaded App and linked to bank account. But pumps didn’t recognize it. Irving store clerk said you need to use a physical card for store and pump. So you will need 3 accounts (card for you and another for spouse) plus the App to buy at most Irving stations.Schweinhund2
Won’t let me sign up
This app is broken! I’ve been trying to sign up but there isn’t a place to do that even though the hone page directs you to. If you want new memberships make it easier to sign up.Heaven bellies
