  • Need lounge meal times

    Please add what times each meal is served for lounges. Eg when breakfast changes to lunch.

  • Registration problem

    I have a master card that is issued from the United States but I couldn’t find the US in the (issue country list). Is it a problem or you don’t support MC from the US?
  • Good app, missing UI/UX improvements/updates

    The app works and it works great, but it obviously hasn’t been updated for a few years.
  • Terrible Customer Service

    I am a Commbank Customer, I have Ultimate rewards card with them. They provide you with 2 Lounge Access and one Airport Transfer for each year. Commbank has a partnership with DragonPass. I have used my Lounge Access for last year and I am waiting to get Lounge Access entitlements this year. I didn’t get it yet. They didn’t have a Customer Care Service number to register any complaint or Faqs that helps to resolve the issue. Everything says to contact your Issuing bank on any of the issues. Vaguely, none of the Commbank CSRs know anything on the same. They mentioned that I had to contact ‘Mastercard’ on this. Not sure what these people have with giving my entitlements. After call with Mastercard, they had transferred my call to Commbank again where I had been transferred thrice after 1 and half hour. They haven’t solved the issue yet. I am still waiting for the Case Manager to call me on the same. Such a BS experience and I would like to let know people to not go with this TravelPass DragonPass membership. Do check for other companies that has control over their products. Commbank is worse here on their Customer service too.

  • This is a scam

    My bank switched to this lousy app probably to save money. I don't have access to the lounges anymore. It is impossible to reset my password I never get the emails the app claims to send. The only time I was able to get in a lounge was years ago when I had a qr code printed on paper. This is a scam. I am giving it 0 stars if possible.

  • App data leak

    App data has been leaked and Credit cards has been charged. Please remove your cards. App & Website doesn’t have support.
  • No Dark Mode

    No Dark Mode and No Apple Wallet integration. Too Bad.
  • Avoid dragonpass. Pathetic customer service

    Avoid DragonPass. Despite having lounge passes we had to argue with the Phuket lounge to get in. Once we got in the lounge was disgusting! Dirty, horrible food, drinks and pathetic service. Mastercard refused to refund our lounge passes. Avoid them!
  • Unbearable

    Completely unintuitive
    Always logs you out for some inexplicable reason
    Hard to understand how they can get this so wrong
  • Can’t login

    Tried the ‘forgot password’ multiple times and it doesn’t trigger an email (yes I checked my spam folder). There’s no way to get in touch for help besides contacting my bank.
