  • Data different from app vs website

    Big difference between what the website sees vs the app. The purpose of an app is to make it easier, not harder for the user. If you go to the website you can see the list of restaurants etc where the app is blank. This is for some of the airports in China.

  • Useless and poor app

    Poorly designed app. Basic and outdated ui. Difficult to use and navigate.

    Worst part are the offers. Absolutely useless. Spend all this time registering to find so few offers. Poorly done by MasterCard.

    Don’t bother with this app.

  • Waste of my money

    Went to London Heathrow, no 1 lounge apparently I don’t know what kind of management managing this lounge. My flight was at 12pm and I showed up at their door at 8am; the clerk asked me to come back at 9am since I’m early; Never had this experience before. I would never ever recommend this place anymore. You need to advise your travellers of all these non sense restrictions. I was turned around and one of customer said is because I’m using Mc trav. Pass

  • Worst registration process imaginable

    Welcome to the 21st century - how about letting me paste values such as card number or password. Because that allows me to actually use secure values copied from my secure bank app (MFA to get card number) or password manager.

    As ither users mentioned, app keeps saying no internet connection. To the developer: can you please explain what has the issuing bank to do if the app doesn’t work? Fix bugs first then give useful replies to users complaining.

  • Unusable app - login always lost

    Unusable app, the login is always lost when needed. It’s best to just insist a bit at the lounge counter and have the staff check whether the card can be used and swiped.

  • HORRIBLE APP HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

    I Can’t register myself on this app and the is no customer service line to Australia.

    I have no idea how I will fix the issue before my trip.

  • No auto sign-in

    Weirdly build app - has face id option but never keeps you signed in in anyway…other reviews confirm developers/dragonpass don’t care.
    Typical mastercard elite response - contact you bank..who can do nothing as its a mastercard-dragonpass problem.
