Can’t believe the US is not among the countries qualified for this app! Tried to create an account with my master card and couldn’t find America among the countries; am I missing something?boua?bdellaoui

Please kindly note that you have an option to search for the airport of your choice by entering the airport name of your choice in the field at the top of the Home page in the app and then click the icon with the service you are interested in e.g. 'Lounges' icon. Please make sure that the version of your app is always up to date and that you have good internet connection. What is this garbage? Go download an app and give away a bunch of personal information for the privilege of learning I can pay $32 USD to enter a lounger that has a basic buffet? Literally what is this garbage?Thodalicious

Please kindly note that the MasterCard card details are required in order to ensure the card is active and to check your eligibility of the card for the benefit program. Our app follows strict security standards to protect card details and they are not stored in our database. The fee of $32 is a set price; most of the lounges' access would have a higher fee if you would access them directly and some would not provide access without a membership. Please note that the Lounges offer various amenities apart from food/beverage (please see the list of amenities of the lounge of your interest in the app or website). Furthermore, the Mastercard Travel Pass offers other services apart from Lounge access such as Restaurant/Cafe discounts, Fast Track services, etc. However, please kindly note that it is at discretion of the cardholders if they are willing to register in the MasterCard Travel Pass app or website and receive the benefits that are offered. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your issuing bank if you encounter any issues or have any further questions. Many thanksApp logs you out every time

The app is good with basic feature , it does what it’s suppose to do. My only complaint is why the card is not compatible with Apple or Google Wallet. Because honestly I would rather have all my digital cards in one place rather than juggling between apps or screenshots to just access my cardsramiabuarja

One star. I can’t register. The registration requires the user to indicate in which country the qualifying card is issued. The United States is not on the list.Dan Jackson
