Good app but can’t unlock it with face recognition as no option.

This app will make you cray if you are at the airport and need to register your Master card, i spent one hour to register my card and the only message is please try againkwibey-gmail

I could register my Jordan card, and logged in and it seems good app and service

App does not show up in App Store search, getting error message that app is not available in my region. Tried both United States and United Arab Emirates region options.TuncGoruney

Another HSBC winner! Unfortunately zero stars is not an option. Would you really want to trust your credit card details to an app like this that does not work? If they can’t even make a simple app work, how on earth are they going to protect your information?mikeitalot

Our app follows strict security standards to protect card details and they are not stored in our database. However, it is at discretion of the cardholders if they are willing to register in the MasterCard Travel Pass app or website and receive the benefits that are offered. My debit card is issued in United Kingdom. But UK is not included in the list in the country of issuance.
