Doesn’t work
I tried buying a bus ticket on this app, and it doesn’t list my point of origin as an option (even though it’s a major city in Costa Rica). This app sucks.
App Malfunctions Frequently
Be careful with this app, sometimes it crashes or something happens while you are in the middle of the purchase and you have to start over. However, sometimes it will have already charged and not tell you so you’ll end buying two tickets
Resoundingly bad
Not only does the app function poorly, the customer service is horrible. I was charged for bus tickets I could never use and when I tried to get a refund the company was rude, condescending and dismissive, blaming me instead taking accountability for their poorly designed app. I would give it zero stars if that were possible. DO NOT DOWNLOAD - it's not worth the headache.

Yep, it doesn’t work.
Frustrating. Fill out all your info and it just says “sorry!” With no explanation of what to do. Don’t bother.
