  • Not user friendly and outdated by 10 years

    One of the most important tools for weight loss is journaling. The database of food items is awful. It doesn’t even include the items listed on the “shipping list” provided to you by the office. It also freezes and require one to log out to move forward. The ability to add items manually is also almost impossible. The amount of money charged by this company, an up to date app should be a given!
  • Locks up all the time

    Must be the worst app I’ve used in a long time. This app constantly locks up. Totally useless. I click on anything and it freezes up. Using an apple 14 pro.
  • Worst Mobile App Ever

    I am new, and was hoping to be able to use mobile food journal logging. It DOES NOT WORK. I finally did manage to log water and hydration, but none of the food/nutrition logging works. There is no food database to choose from, search doesn’t work, and no option to manually log food or calories. Why have an app if nothing works on it?
  • App is bad

    This app is just bad. If you can’t find a food (which if it’s not chicken or turkey you won’t) then you can add it to the “My Food” tab. Once added, you cannot do anything with it. So frustrating. This app really brings the word “scam” to mind.
  • Spend the money and fix this app

    This would be a great tool for your patients if it worked. Hire a GOOD developer and fix this app!!!
  • Food Journal

    I was hoping to use the food journal to track my protein easier. It’s terrible, maybe there can be an update done to add the barcode scanner like other tracking apps have. It will make journaling much easier.
  • Not intuitive!

    I was hoping the app would be more like the workbook journal- no dice. I tried tracking food, but it requires me to put in all of the information. I was hoping it would make life easier but only seems to complicate. Curiously, it is not adaptable to all phones. I have an iPhone 12 and a quarter of the screen is cut off/out of alignment. I see great potential, but only witness limitations. I really hope this is not indicative of the weight loss program overall!!

  • Journal is inaccurate

    The protein calories are not calculated correctly and there are not many food choices in the database. More effective to use the paper journal.
